Quality Inn & Suites on the Bay Near Pensacola Beach

It was a decent stay. Upside: close to everything and near the ocean. Downside: walls were paper thin, I could hear the people next to us. Needs some updates but all n all a decent stay for the 2 days we were there.

Staff was extremely nice and very accommodating. Hotel could use some maintenance but it is good value price

It was a good stay by the water with a beautiful view in the back. I would stay again and it’s fairly priced

So without warning guests before they book, the owner of this hotel apparently allowed a group of white people in a fake Indian tribe called "mayoki" krewe to book about 25 percent of the hotel. This group is about partying...not honoring any Indian tribes. This group played music late at night preventing sleep, put up flags blocking view of the bay, and even banged on a tom tom drum loudly at 630am! They were allowed to decorate 1/4 of the hotel like high school kids. Sounds too bizarre to be true but it happened. The local news in Pensacola even did a story of this group and the negative reactions they received in the town as they danced around, partied in their shiny tacky fake Indian attire! Why the owner of a Quality Inn chain would be allowed to to this is beyond me.

Where to start . The rooms need repair and good cleaning you littler had a 1 inch at least gap under our door the doors don’t shut properly and they get super hot . The pool was good but they need more shade / umbrellas and tables . The beach side very rough wood chairs and no shade at all . The breakfast was awful absolutely awful. The place had a lot questionable things going on that I didn’t feel Safe with my kids . But if you want cheap and on the water u get what u paid for .

Awful experience. For the price we expected a lot more decency. The floor was disgusting. We bought a broom and swept it ourselves. The shower water wasn’t hot. There’s only 15 channels on the tv. Stained towels. Dirty cracked tub. When we asked for more towels the housekeeping man got mad and cussed at us. There were dogs barking the entire time next to us. And they allowed a “mayoki” group to party THE ENTIRE WEEK day and night. Management did nothing about the nuisance they were causing. We asked to be moved but they refused then when we wanted to check out and get a refund they also refused. And even called the sheriffs but come to find out, the sheriffs were also there partying with them. Very unprofessional, disrespectful and disgusting place. The only thing they have going for them is the location. On top of EVERYTHING, they double charged me my booking cost and acted like they couldn’t do anything about it. Luckily I got my deposit back. DO NOT RECOMMEND

We stayed here for 3 nights and service not that good The location is great with a great view of the gulf. The next day we came ack to our room and it was not cleaned. We call down to the front desk and asked them to clean the room. There answer was we only clean rooms on Tuesday and Friday, no luck for our room getting cleaned because we stayed from Saturday to Tuesday. We had to ask for clean towels each day No pool towels

Nice location, friendly staff and the pool and beach are ok. Rooms are basic and dated, but some renovations were going on. Free breakfast was very basic, but the adjoining Italian restaurant (Lillo’s) was very good and staff were nice. Adequate hotel for a one night stopover but you get what you pay for.

We want to stay at this hotel because it is on the bay, that is the only thing it has going for it. The front fest personal checking in and checking out seem like the could care less if we stay there or not. The room they put us in on the back side of the hotel was wore out it needed to be remodel from top to bottom. No where near worth what we paid for the room. We would not recommend this as a nice place to stay nor would we book there again
