The management of this hotel is a disgrace. They failed to refund money owed to us. The rooms do not have adequate shelving and there are no drawers. The hotel overlooks a large supermarket and there are no views whatsoever. Digs fouling and barking through the night make for a miserable experience. Avoid this place if you want a decent hotel.

Our favourite restaurant by far! We had the most delicious dinner in the most romantic of settings. Service was faultless and the chef even came out to see us. We had the garlic mushrooms then squid ink seafood spaghetti and a meat pizza. All was exceptional! So much so that we went back for their buffet breakfast the very next day and are going back for dinner for our final night, which happens to be my partner’s birthday. Highest of recommendations!

This is a modern hotel suitable for very short term stays only. We paid for three weeks and discovered that on the first evening there were no drawers, inadequate shelving and a small wardrobe. We stayed one evening and moved to the Yali Hotel where we were charged a further £592 in addition to a cancellation fee of almost £400. The management of the Elegance Hotel was appalling and failed to acknowledge that the hotel lacked the facilities that it had described, including WiFi. Steer clear of this place at all costs, especially if you intend to stay more than a few days. We are currently working with ******* and Resolver to see if we can get some justified compensation.

Un hôtel qui offre de belles prestations , tant sur l'hôtellerie que le service . Nous y avons également très bien mangé, un repas de qualité. Toute l'équipe de l'hôtel est aux petits soins , ils nous ont réservé un taxi pour notre trajet vers l'aéroport tout proche. Nous recommandons cet hôtel et remercions toute l'équipe.
