A truly exceptional stay , thank you to the whole team at this hotel Thank you to Cemi and Sema for making our holiday the best ever and Sami and Elinur too. From the moment we entered nothing was too much for the team , the hotel is absolutely spotless and modern , our 2 bedroom suite was luxurious and we in fact extended our stay for an extra 2 nights. The hotel has the most tranquil spa area and all facilities are of a very high standard. The sauna and steam room and indoor pool were so lovely and clean and the gym had a Pilate machine. Cemi the manager and Sema really went over and beyond for us and we cannot thank them enough. The food at the Buddha bar was excellent. The hotel is a short distance to the town. The views from the rooms are breathtaking. The whole breakfast team were very polite. We would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel , in fact it’s the staff that made it so special. The amenities in the room were good quality. The smell in the lobby was beautiful and the grounds were very well kept. Check in was smooth and our room was ready on arrival. We will definitely be returning to this hotel . Having been our first trip to Bodrum I can certainly say I choose the best hotel. Taxi drivers also mentioned how Caresse is the best hotel , it’s very classy , clean and modern. The breakfast spread was very diverse with lots of choice and if you wanted something they don’t have just ask and many times they will make it if available. I cannot fault anything about this hotel. We visited Caresse Resort for our wedding anniversary lunch, and it was nothing short of breathtaking. The views were absolutely stunning—one of those places where you just want to pause and take it all in. The ambiance was serene, making it the perfect spot to celebrate such a special day. A big shoutout to Nurcan, who was incredibly kind and helpful, adding to the warmth of our experience. It was a celebration to remember in the most beautiful setting.

I was initially charmed by the beautiful view from my room and the warm welcome at check-in. Unfortunately, that feeling faded the next day when we went to enjoy the beach. When we arrived, a receptionist asked if we wanted a bed. We said no, we wanted to be on the sandy beach. She then claimed it was full and tried to direct us to the “Sarbossa” area — which is actually the restaurant side, not the sandy beach. She replied so when we told her that we were hotel guests, not outside visitors. We insisted on checking ourselves and, as we suspected, several sunbeds were “reserved” with random items placed on them to make them look occupied — yet no one ever showed up. I moved the items myself because we recognized this trick from our visit last year. Sadly, it seems staff might be holding spots for certain guests, which is completely unacceptable! This is frustrating and the opposite of what we expect from a luxury hotel. We came here to relax, but instead we found ourselves having to fight for basic access to the beach. Everyone seems to act like a middleman here, and it’s disappointing to see this happen in a hotel of this standar. The same kind of issue happened at breakfast. Since it was the weekend, it was very busy. A lady at the entrance greeted us and offered to help, but then tried to seat us outside because she said there was no space inside. It was extremely hot, so I told her we’d wait inside and asked her to let us know when a table became available. Her reply was, “No, don’t expect a free table during peak hour.” Honestly, I wasn’t asking for a guarantee — just a polite “Yes, of course” or something along those lines. But as I was still talking to her, several tables inside became available. I don’t know if this behavior was because we are not Turkish or for some other reason, but it felt unwelcoming. If international guests are not truly valued, then please don’t let us book in your hotel. This attitude is unacceptable for a property that presents itself as a luxury destination.

My wife and I enjoyed a magnificent stay at this stunning resort. Special thanks to Olga Daletskaya for helping us select perfect Deluxe Sea View room – we were thrilled with its spacious layout and magnificent Aegean vistas. The service was impeccable, with staff demonstrating remarkable attention to detail. The beach with its crystal-clear waters and the resort’s diverse culinary offerings were particular highlights of our stay. The spa facilities were outstanding, offering truly rejuvenating treatments. An ideal choice for of those who seeking luxury! We’re already planning our return visit.
