Serhan Hotel

I booked this holiday last minute & had never stayed here before so didn't know what to expect. My room was above the reception area & facing onto the main street. Room was big,I struggled with the bed as it was very low down but huge so I was comfortable. The staff were friendly & the manager was very kind.If i was to stay there again,i would prefer a room at the back, alongside the pool area,i have arthritis in my knees so the stairs were not ideal for me.The hotel is a over 16s so it was nice to relax without young kids running around. Bar street is a 5 min walk from hotel & there is a taxi rank just down the street. The local bus goes by if you are heading to bodrum Definitely an ideal location.

Just returned last week from a 10 night stay here and had a great time, The hotel is clean, friendly and a nice restaurant on site which we chose to eat at a few times, the staff where all so very friendly the pool area very clean and relaxing and the manager kind and very helpful especially on our last day we had a late flight storing our luggage and giving us shower and beach hut to get showered and changed in. A really great little hotel and I will be returning in June

Staff are amazing and their energy elevates the environment, maybe a mixture of music would be even better so everyone feels more welcome. The service is very good also. 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

Stayed here with the family, great location, great for families nothing is too much trouble would highly recommend from first arrival to the final great. Fantastic! Locations great a stone’s throw away from beach and close to town centre, bus stop top of the road if you don’t want to walk.

We were provided this hotel by Easyjet as emergency accommodation, as our flight was cancelled. The room was dirty, had a funny smell and had mould in the bathroom. I went to the balcony and when I opened the balcony door, I realised there was no lock on the door, meaning the door could not be locked from the inside or outside and was not secure. Our room was located on the first floor. I went downstairs to speak with the manger, who followed me back to the room to see what I was talking about. I showed him there was no lock on the door. He said, “it’s fine, you are safe”. I said, “I don’t feel safe without a lock on the door”. He said, “it is fine, you are safe, you are safe”. He was getting irritated that I was voicing my concerns. I said “I don’t feel safe”. He said “fine, ok leave”. He picked up our suitcase and said leave now. We were marched down the stairs. I went to sit down in the lobby to call EasyJet as I was in shock and totally confused. The manage said, “no leave, get out, you leave now”. He was shouting at me and my son. It was a very scary experience. I broke down crying and I was so upset, I had a massive anxiety attack. It was after 2am in the morning and we were now abandoned in Turkey, with no accommodation for 4 nights. My son was extremely anxious and scared. We were absolutely traumatised by the way we had been spoken to and treated and for no reason whatsoever, other than me wanting to be safe. It was disgusting treatment from a staff member at Serhan hote. I would never wish this experience on anyone. It was one of the worst experiences I have every been through in my life. I would avoid this hotel at all costs.

The hotel is small but friendly, went here twice and enjoyed it both times. Yes it is noisy as the bar street is close however it’s expected. Hotel staff were friendly. Snack area on the other end of the pool, rooms are ok. Overall as a family we enjoyed our stay
