Green House Apart Hotel

Stayed here from 13th-23rd of May. Booked through Jet2 which does advertise on their website that there is evening entertainment, one of the factors why I booked here. As a solo traveller, don't feel comfortable going into bars on my own in the evening around resort. Prefer if hotel has entertainment that I can enjoy with a refreshment from their bar. Unfortunately Hotel explained they no longer offer evening entertainment due to poor attendance from guests. I was given a very large spotless apartment on arrival for myself. It was up 2 flights of stairs and lovely man on reception did ask if that would be a problem which was very thoughtful of him. My case was carried up the steps for me. This apart hotel has 2 lovely pools which are very well maintained and kept spotless. All the staff are lovely and make you feel very welcome. I am not much of a drinker and mostly drunk water or apple tea which was no trouble for the staff and received same level of service whether I was just drinking a water or a glass of wine. I did have a problem with lock on my apartment which was completely replaced within 10-15 mins of me reporting it. Met some lovely people, some like me who were new to using this accommodation and we all agreed was great value with good facilities and many who are repeat visitors who feel it has become a home from home for them. I paid £25 to keep my apartment on until 6pm on day of departure as had an evening flight home. Jet2 rep refunded this because of the discrepancy about entertainment. This is in no way a reflection of the lovely service I received at The Green House and considering returning later on in the year with family.

The whole experience was brilliant the staff were fun an helpful lots of entertainment the food was really good very reasonable prices. Rooms cleaned regularly clean towels an bed every other day!! Everything was within walking distance not got a bad thing to say about greenhouse loved it 🥰

Arrived home from 2 weeks at greenhouse apartments, all staff amazing can't do enough for you. Went on jeep safari, day trip to kos and kris took us on north peninsular tour of bodrum would highly recommend it also booking all tours with kris as I found them the cheapest and you won't be disappointed. A fantastic holiday.

Just back from a wonderful 2-week family holiday at the Greenhouse and I have to say I’m absolutely delighted with the service we received. The staff are incredibly friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel is in a great location—just a short and easy walk to the centre of Gumbet, with shops and local life close by. A big thank you to Chris, Darragh, Mehmet, Seda, Engin, and Ahmet—you guys were amazing and really made our stay special. Wishing you all a fantastic season ahead! The food at the hotel was really nice, and we also tried a local restaurant called Antepli Ocakbaşı 50 metres down from hotel OMG, it was absolutely beautiful! Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the Greenhouse and would definitely go back again. Thank you Yilmaz, Amy, and Lara!

Staff were great. food ok and drinks expensive. Pool area was lovely and clean but apartments were grubby and dated. Towels only changed every three days and the rest of apartment wasn't cleaned when we where there only bins changed everyday because you couldn't flush toilet paper down toilet and had to put in bin, not ideal when 4 adults sharing, so used the hotel toilet instead. The beds and pull out bed/chairs are so uncomfortable and music from the bars close by started after 1am and didn't finish till near 5am so not much sleep.

Still here leaving tomorrow. From 1st day til now the staff couldn't of been more helpful especially Dino. Ate here every night as food fresh,tasty and cooked to order. Weather hit and miss but leaving with warmth. Out of season delight ❤️
