It's the first and last time that we're going to complain about the behavior of the employees at the buffet restaurant at this Best Western. I want to mention that I have stayed at over 15 hotels part of this BW chain and nowhere have I seen such disrespect from the breakfast restaurant employees. Both the lady with glasses who was called the head of the restaurant and the gentlemen on yesterday's shift, moved us 3 times from the tables, to others that were dirty, not cleared or without cutlery on them because they were dedicated to other groups. This nasty behavior of disturbing the customer during the meal and then gossiping to his face and pointing the finger at him because he did not want to carry out their order. I didn't touch anything that I wanted to serve and for that I will contact the franchisor chain directly for a review along with the pictures from the non-existent SPA (empty jacuzzi), mess, the fact that for the extra services I received the tax invoice afterwards. insistences and many other aspects that I will detail directly. All of this could have stopped if your bespectacled employee at the breakfast buffet and co-worker the next day hadn't engaged in this behavior. To be avoided.
