I had a good experience at this hotel. The staff was helpful, and the service was smooth. The room was clean and comfortable. I didn’t try the food, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Its an average stay, with minimum service, only 1 option in breakfast, linen needs to be clean. Balcony was very dusty

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The bedsheets were unclean, and the staff was uncooperative. The room initially given to me was shabby, so I requested a change. Despite there clearly being available rooms, the staff claimed otherwise—until I offered to pay extra. Suddenly, they provided the same type of room on a different floor. The extra charge was handled in a secretive manner, which felt shady and unprofessional. Overall, this experience was unpleasant, and I would not recommend staying here.

I had a comfortable and nice stay at leaf 9. The services were good and it was a very pleasant and quite place. Liked my stay there. The food was also up to the mark.
