Namaskar to the wonderful people at the fortune park . Be it the traditionally attired lovely smiling ladies in "miss kanchan n miss vaishali "at the reception or the waiter "Rahul" in the restaurant or other service personnel who wil greet u with NAMASTE every now n then .. As u enter, u r met with a barricaded guarded entry n ample of parking space . Valet parking there too . Inside lobby is quite good n tastefully done . They even obliged to let me check out the room b4 making payment, miss vaishali guided me to d room .. Room is decent enough for a couple with almost all possible amenities including water heater/fridge /iron board/safe/slippers etc . Loved the extensive wooden work though can do with some good polish at places !. A huge closed glass window gives it a good feel , as one can sit by it on the sofa provided . Bathroom is satisfactorily clean n provided with al daily essentials. Loved the use of containers for shampoo n soaps (environment friendly). Outside the room, it's well illuminated n carpeted floors , well maintained n well marked . I used d stairs most of the times .. They do have a small indoor playing area having a ice hockey table n a carrom board n one billiards table in lounge area .. A gym n sauna area there too . Also neat n clean pool with a good lawn nearby . Now d best part .FOOOD . . They made me feel like a King with their not so extensive dinner n breakfast buffets but really tasty , well spread out n fresh items on offer . I just could end up sitting for more than an hour just enjoying the dinner buffet . DINNER BUFFET- Do try the awesome BEETROOT wedges (less oily but heavenly) n paneer tikka . "BROCOLLI IN TOMATO SAUCE, a real find , with bg of freshly sauted tomatoes , this item is something that u won't find anywhere. Order freshly cooked unburnt phulka rotis n savour itvwith paneer gravy or green veggie n accompany with assorted extensive range of salads n olives n pineapple curds n curd rice . Next up , finish ur day off with their mind pleasing array of sweetdishes n some very unique offerings. Like d " malai bread tukda" , barfi , coffee icecream, moong dal halwa . All mostly good but the best was a green MAWA APPLE SHAPED mithai . BREAKFAST BUFFET - apart from live egg items being cooked in front of u n al those breads n jams , wats best is d finger licking "aloo bhaji with small khasta kachoris". I had 5 on d trot . Cut fruits included papaya , watermelon. Really loved their " fresh juices * like watermelon, beetroot apple combo n mango smoothie . N my favourite " banana cake " , wish I could have more Rahul by his smiling face n ever helping nature made my day too . Also the lead chef was seen taking rounds n even stopped by to seek my views .. Would really love to visit again . TIPS;- 1) do book through direct calling to get a good deal thru miss kanchan . 2) Buffets r unmissable. 3) Their approach service road was submerged after rain so I had to reach via wrong side dri

Fortune park is an excellent property with pool & dining experience. Its also great in the cleanliness. Its location is convenient to reach. We are visiting this property since 2011. We visit almost 4-5 times in a year. They have a wonderful spacious room. The service including the Front desk - Miraj & Vaishali. Restaurant staff- Mr Hasir, Sachin, Bunty, Kartik and all of other as well who were present on the day of Diwali are very courteous. Our sincere thanks to the Senior Chef Mr. Pooran for providing us with the baby food whenever required. Also he is a very kind and soft spoken person. Miraj, Sunny & Sapna provided us with the room upgradation which is actually required if you are with the baby. Their parking staff Mr Mukesh, is a wonderful person, very helpful, his way of assisting is Excellent. Its always been a luxurious stay.

Though we've stayed at larger resorts, the unmatched attention to detail here truly set it apart. A big thanks to GM Mr. Sood for the personalized welcome drink and surprise cake for our daughter. The spacious, comfortable room with a stunning view, paired with the fantastic pool, made our stay exceptional! I highly recommend the tandoori platters for in-room dining—simply delicious. Can’t wait to return in August for my birthday weekend! Kudos to the entire Club Orange team for an unforgettable experience.

The room were clean and well maintained. The members house department especially Rajvardhan were responsive and well mannered. There should be such boys in every hotel. Room clean every day by Rajvardhan . Rajvardha Provide all aminites any saying without. Nice to meet you.

We all have stayed here for a long time or we all are happy to stay here and special thanksRajvardhan without any intererruption help both ofthem . we are also happy with service by Rajvardhan . Really very polite and good nature Rajvardhan in our housekeeping department.

The experience so far have been good for me. Have stayed for long durations the people and the service provided here have made me feel like a second home here, from food to room stays, house keeping service have been good so far. Would specially like to Thanks to Satish, Karan, Babita, Renu, Ashish, Aparna, Arunesh, MD.Miraz, Adarsh from front office for extending their services. From House keeping team - Govind,Ghanshyam, Vimal, Dipu, Shailendra. Resturant - Riyanshu, Omendra, Hashir, Kartik, Nirdesh, Adarsh, Pramod. Thanks again team fortune for being co-operative, welcoming and for the hospitality. However, there are areas of improvement for which Fortune should work upon which includes the Room interior, bathroom maintainance, AC.
