This is not a 4-star hotel; not even a 3-star. It may be considered a 2 to 2.5-star hotel.please don’t book considering 4 star, if you are spending that much, stick with Aerocity. • The outside looks more like a poorly lit small bungalow than a hotel. • There is no lobby, just a dingy front desk area without a working AC, making it terribly warm on that day (July 24, 2024). • The bathroom has a smell. • The toilet seat has permanent stains. • The mattress had stains (see attached picture) and the room was poorly ventilated.

Very nice hospitality and the front desk is professional The entire staff is cheerful, Friendly, Polite and helpful.The rooms and washroom are very neat and clean .Even allowed me to use a room after check out time and special Thanks to Sonam and Rajib supervisor very helpful person.

Good stay and Great service ! The property is located in a prime area which makes travel viable and amenities like Hospital and pharmacy are easily accessible. Special thanks to the staff - Deepak Kumar, Rajib Cherry, Madhu, Devrana, Gaurav and Bappi for their exceptional support and hospitality.

Justa Gurgaon was good business class boutique hotel with a decent restaurant. The staff lead by Tushar were really courteous, helpful & professional. The room was comfortable. I would definitely visit again. The food was tasty and value for money. Their staff on restaurant were courteous and understood my taste and want. Gaurav was very helpful in the restaurant.

Had a nice stay Hotel location is easily approachable, just near to MG road. Also, one can take short cut to reach from Delhi Gurgaon highway. Ambience is good.... Give you ethnic glimpse. Rooms were clean with toiletries available. Found gallery a bit congested. Rajib Chetry the housekeeping supervisor was on his toes when asked for... Thanks Delicious Breakfast... Not too many items but adequate. Taste was really good.. Was a nice gesture in

They are selling Dharamshala instead of Hotels , have stayed in 4 Justa hotels and did not have any good experience in the first 3 , but on the promise of their sales person stayed here and must say this is the worst , totally torne apart , foul smell , rubissh staff , not hot running water , most unhygienic hotel in Gurgaon , even if they give the accommodation in free , do not stay in Justa

It was a pleasent experience. Staff are very polite and cooperative. Room was neat and clean. Food quality was also good. Very near to DLF corporate park and guru dronacharya metro station. Overall a good place to stay.

People are number 1 in this Hotel!!!! Will come back without any doubt.. Girls at réception to guys at restaurant are great and Manager is very pro with his clients……… Close to the Ambience Mall and Airport only thing traffic is huge early morning and between 4 & 8 pm..

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days. I had a superb and happy stay. Rooms are awesome but the staff is even more awesome. They are always ready to serve with a smiling face. There courteous staff is difficult to find as I have stayed before in so many hotels. Services are very quick. Special thanks to Housekeeping supervisor Rajib chetry Everytime I came back from office my clothes too were so nicely draped always.. The staff from gate to kitchen everyone is so positive I feel. thank you staff

Great team, ever helpful. Was keen to ensure comfort and customer needs are met. The front desk , housekeeping staff were well empowered to take decisions. Loved the food. Chef Naveen cooked up a super conti dish. Thanks. Overall a very smiling and cheerful team. Comfy short stay.

I visited this property frequently.Property is used by company . Property is very close to DLF corporate park in Gurgaon . Rooms are well maintained. staff are very professional and friendly especially in front office and housekeeping. Mr Rajib always there for help with smiling face . Keep it up team.👍🏼

We have booked justa hotel for a week . Room was specious and bathroom was so specious and clean . Staff were very helpful and cooperative . Food was delicious. Service was so prompt . Special thanks to Ms Sonam ,Mr Deepak in front office and Mr Mahesh in restaurant. I will come back again
