Since there's no option to give a lower rating, I'm forced to give them 1 star. The customer service is extremely disappointing, and they have goons like Ratnesh and Ajita who behave unprofessionally. The entire resort was running with no senior managers to take care of guests request. Upon our arrival at around 2:10 PM (Checkin time 3PM)—a perfectly reasonable time for check-in—we were rudely denied early check-in, despite informing the reservation desk in advance that we were traveling with a baby. To make matters worse, two goons Ratnesh, Ajita, and other staff members displayed a complete lack of courtesy, refusing to engage respectfully and using inappropriate language. They even denied giving us contact details of their General Manager Nivedita Avasthi, as we wanted to make a complaint. Upon our arrival, we also witnessed two other guests being granted early check-in without any issues. However, Ratnesh informed us that preference is given to guests with higher room categories, implying that we were treated differently and denied early check-in due to our room choice. Is this truly how the hotel operates—discriminating against guests based on the room category they’ve booked? This kind of preferential treatment is completely unacceptable and goes against the very principles of hospitality. This lead us to leave the hotel without staying ruining what was meant to be a special occasion: my wife's birthday.
