The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa

It was a bad experience , it’s worse than a 3 star. To mention a few things - 1. Room is shabby, unkept, dusty and dirty 2. No maintenance 3. Shower not working properly 4. Washroom another disaster with the filth and dirt all over 5. The curtains are stained and are ripping off 6. Lizard in the room 7. Expensive for no reason 8. Food is also not upto the standards. 9. Desperately needs refurbishment 10. Changing rooms for the pool was in a mess and no one to clean it

Always a wonderful experience coming to Westin Sohna. Luxurious rooms, amazing food, serene & calm vibe. Planned a personal event & the team - Komal & Chirag went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. Absolutely worth every bit of money spent.

We had a lovely family stay in the resort! We were upgraded to a villa category and had the most amazing welcome decorations done by the guest relations team member Komal. She helped us with all our requests and made sure our stay was comfortable. Property is surrounded by lush green garden and trees, there is a mini zoo, a big playroom and lots of activities for kids. We enjoyed the evening high tea. The staff at buffet dinner and breakfast was extremely helpful and kept bringing us food from the live station which was really sweet. All in all a good staycation and we will recommend to all our friends!

This was our third trip to Westin Sohna. As always the experience was top notch. The staff was very courteous, accommodating and went out of their way to ensure that we had a memorable stay . Special shout out to Mr. Keshav, Mr. Hari Om and Ms. Komal who ensured that despite us having two small children, our entire stay was comfortable and enjoyable. There are sufficient activities for kids of all ages and as always the food is delicious. I am sure we will back a fourth time in the future, as it is definitely our most favourite weekend destination near Delhi.

We went for a staycation last week and we thought that the place was overpriced and required better maintenance. Having said that, I must mention that the staff was exceptional, specially the kitchen staff was very helpful with our kid. The food was also really good- specially the Sunday brunch. The petting zoo kept the kids engaged and the zoo keeper, Mr. Patel was very encouraging with children. The property was not in its best shape in the rains and most of their activities had an additional charge. The bicycles were not available in toddler sizes as they were rusted. The 'stqte of the art' gymn had only one woking treadmill. The kids play area was basic, and they must invest in some staff who can keep the kids engaged in some classes etc. Over all if I compare it to other properties of the same price range, I find the luxury at this place to be compromised at the cost of proximity to Delhi. And it must be added that in the monsoons, the internal road was terrible to reach here. Hope this helps those planning a trip!

Mr yogesh fitness center. YOGESH WAS VERY VERY HELPFUL AND professional ... best gym and pool attendant ... he helped us alot in our pool training very good experience very supportive we enjoyed alot this was the best part of our stay god bless...

Since there's no option to give a lower rating, I'm forced to give them 1 star. The customer service is extremely disappointing, and they have goons like Ratnesh and Ajita who behave unprofessionally. The entire resort was running with no senior managers to take care of guests request. Upon our arrival at around 2:10 PM (Checkin time 3PM)—a perfectly reasonable time for check-in—we were rudely denied early check-in, despite informing the reservation desk in advance that we were traveling with a baby. To make matters worse, two goons Ratnesh, Ajita, and other staff members displayed a complete lack of courtesy, refusing to engage respectfully and using inappropriate language. They even denied giving us contact details of their General Manager Nivedita Avasthi, as we wanted to make a complaint. Upon our arrival, we also witnessed two other guests being granted early check-in without any issues. However, Ratnesh informed us that preference is given to guests with higher room categories, implying that we were treated differently and denied early check-in due to our room choice. Is this truly how the hotel operates—discriminating against guests based on the room category they’ve booked? This kind of preferential treatment is completely unacceptable and goes against the very principles of hospitality. This lead us to leave the hotel without staying ruining what was meant to be a special occasion: my wife's birthday.

We have been coming annually to Westin Sohna for few years now. This property suits us quite well. It is only 30-40 minutes from Gurgaon city, no issues in accessing the property when you are self driving (via Gmaps). I strongly think the staff here works in unison way to make your stay as comfortable as it can be. As always, check in was smooth. We got very well attended in the restaurant by the FnB team (Ms. Shin, Ms. Than, Mr. Chirag and Sous-Chefs Mr. Pritam and Mr. Saurabh). For me, the FnB is crown jewel of this property. Not to undermine the other departments, their housekeeping staff is very attentive as we did have issues initially upon checking in but got sorted very quickly thanks to Mr. Keshav and Ms. Komal (Guest relations). Our kids always look forward to enjoy the mini zoo time and swimming pool (ofcourse the yummy food also). Met Mr. Yogesh (from pool and fitness) and he was very attentive and careful with all the special needs of the pool users. One thing I would like them to work on is to get the swings, slides ready near the indoor playing /swimming pool area. Again, overall Fantastic property and wish them lots of success in the future.

They maintain equipment meticulously and have introduced innovative cycling classes that have become very popular. Their collaborative approach with the wellness team has further enriched the guest experience. A focus on enhancing communication during busy periods would help streamline operations. Overall, their efforts have significantly elevated our cycling offerings, making it a standout feature of our fitness services.
