Clean and well located . Gentle and responsive staff. Amenities seem old and dated ( position of shower knobs can’t be accessed unless you stand below shower) , had unfortunate incident of bathroom getting locked and unable to open and it was 2am typed . Staff did come and fix it within 5-7 minutes but was scary considering the hour.

Had a pleasant stay. Housekeeping servjce was a bit slow and Breakfast buffet could be better but overall it was very good. Hotel is a bit far from airport and the construction is going on that route hence take extra time for that. Further kamakhya temple is 30 mins away and airport is 45mins. Staff is courteous and caring. Stay was excellent. 4.5/5

We had a short but enjoyable stay at Vivanta Guwahati. The food was great- both the breakfast and dinner buffets. But the care and warmth of all the staff members we interacted with both in the restaurant and reception was what stood out. Recommnded

A little bit far from city and temples except Basistha mandir, the staff are quite good. The Taj warmth is visible. But that housekeeping in Taj still needs to improve when 3 stay in a room. You have to keep reminding them. But otherwise a place worth staying. Food is good. Local delicacies are available. The booking staff are very helpful. The one thing scary is there is no staircase if you want to climb up or down, they have locked the doors. I requested but the reception staff refused. Hotel policy they said. What if there was a fire?

Biswajit and surajit was amazing at thr service very welcoming and taking care of the customer needs as i was sitting alone for dinner buffet they were continuously coming and asking weather i need anything or not keep up the good work. Taj vivanta alwys amaze by it’s Hospitality service.

Stayed in Vivanta for a week! The service at the restaurant was impeccable! Biswajit, surajit and rest of the staff always took good care of us and everyone despite of the restaurant always being full and buzzing! The food quality, the service, the ambience make seven and vivanta a must visit for your Guwahati teip!!!

My stay was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to take good care of us while we were here. The hard work and dedication of all the staff especially the serving team at the restaurant Seven is really visible. Special mention to Biswajit and Surojit for taking care of us!

Amenities in the room are not placed ....every individual thing we called and asked including water bottles... Food was not fresh .... Biswajit in the buffet area made us to leave with smiles .....good interaction and service .....CONSIDER THIS AS MY APPRECIATION TO HIM ....

Had a stayed for two nights for medical reasons at Vivanta Guwahati but it was an unexpected experience, the room was small the flush of the komud is not properly maintained, the facilities needs in the room eg shower cap slipper, tooth brush we had to ask . From the very first night i complained about the kumud no response. Instead someone who answer the call spoke rudely we book for a delux king bed but they gave us an attached double bed. Not really satisfied. They had a very less variety buffet. Not really recommended.

If I can name some the staff who were really did an awesome job Biswajit, Surajit, chef Suraj, Veronica and Chui. The service was outstanding and have a friendly vibes. Thank you to all staff for their hospitality and attentiveness during breakfast.
