Room was fine. Breakfast is something that they can rewlly work on. The taste as well as the service. The spread was okayish. The food taste was not upto the mark. Everything had excess salt in it.

Security and valet was very good
Front desk not upto the mark they were not welcoming and not friendly even though its our second visit, checking in even after we have already booked one more room for our family member they said "there is no such name in their booking list" inspite the rooms were all booked in the same name a day before plus no bell boy was provided during check out.
Restaurant service during breakfast was very good and all the staff was so sweet and very friendly.
Housekeeping was very good too and helpful but there was a stain on the pillow in room no. 606.

Very good hotel and good staff. Rooms were clean and for was good. Room was spacious too. Price was bit higher but accomodation was very good.

Full of smiles and willing to help. That's the staff Rofiquil at the breakfast area was so kind and hospitable. Similarly fardin at the reception,again full of helping attitude. Very happy to stay here. Solo traveller and very touristy person that I am. I have come on a culinary trip to gauhati with a Michelin chef. Our program starts tomorrow. My son told me stay in Novotel for your personal work like temple visits and sightseeing. I am grateful I checked in here.

Although we didn’t plan this stay as far in advance as we typically do, Novotel Guwahati came through for us by accommodating our last-minute booking during peak season. We chose this hotel for its convenient location near the places we wanted to explore, and it turned out to be a great decision. A big shoutout to AccorPlus for helping us save a considerable amount. We booked at a fixed rate of ₹5,500 per night (inc tax), which included breakfast and one major meal for 2 nights, plus 50% off the BAR for another night, bringing the cost down to under ₹5,000 with breakfast—thanks to AccorPlus vouchers. We also took advantage of the 1+1 Spa Voucher, which was an amazing deal. AccorPlus is a no-brainer for anyone looking to make the most of these benefits! Things we liked: Upgraded from Base Room ➡️ Executive Suite without asking for it. Thanks to ALL Platinum status. Room was clean, basic and functional, which was all we needed and a beautiful view of the city. AccorPlus Benefits F&B (Quality was surprisingly good) Staffs Location Spa The thing we didn’t like: Pool (Too Tiny) Number of Restaurants (It houses only one, but another one is already being prepared to open) Last but not the least, I’ll take this opportunity to appreciate Mr. Manmeet’s input into taking feedback and implementing necessary steps without any delay. There were few lack of services at the restaurant which we conveyed to him and during our stay, we hardly noticed any lack, not only for us but for all the guests. I would highly recommend this property

Tried Novotel Guwahati for a staycation recently. It was a very nice break from the monotonous daily life to have a quite rest day in the hotel. Also enjoy the Skye High Sunday event during our stay with some nice cocktails in their rooftop open-air restaurant amidst some good music. The breakfast was also very nice with a large number of options for both vegetarians and non- vegetarians.

Rooms are ok but dining services really bad. At buffet, the bowls of dishes of spread regularly become empty and nobody is bothered to refill them unless pointed out. Had a pathetic experience today wherein on ordering Lachha Parantha, I was served with a REHEATED STALE Paranth which I could easily catch due to my foodie nature. Once comfronted the staff, they immediately agreed that it was a reheated parantha on tawa and not fresh out of tandoor. Shame on such a big brand having such cheap tactics and poor hospitality despite charging huge amounts. The room table has old sticky marks of coffee/liquid not cleaned by staff prior check in. Pathetic Experience!!!
