ChaXiTai Holiday Hotel in Furong Town

Excellent place, breakfast was plenty and variety, Zhao is the best receptionist she helped us get tours and transport, highly recommend it !!!

We had a good time staying at the hotel. Our room has a nice view of the Furong Ancient Town at night and the beautiful river at day. It is a nice place to stay if you want to take lots of photos. The room itself is also quite big, so we did not have to worry much about it. Furthermore, the toilet is very clean, so I assume the hotel hygiene is maintained regularly. About its cons, I would say that the food provided is not the greatest, so you might want to find other places to eat if you could afford it. Since the location is quite remote, you need to take a car (provided for free by the hotel iirc) to go anywhere. Overall, it is a decent place to stay if you want to go to Furong Ancient Town for one night, although it is more expensive than other hotels. Would come again if I will ever visit Furong again.

An Unforgettable Experience Our brief stay at this stunning hotel was a masterclass in exceptional service. Our spacious river-view room with a bathtub offered breathtaking views of the river. The staff were warm and welcoming, with Ms. Xiao Zhao's outstanding service leaving a lasting impression. She arranged for a driver to take us to Furong ancient town and waited for us to return safely, despite being off-duty. Her kindness and dedication continued as she helped us order takeout and waited for our food to arrive. The next morning, she reminded us of breakfast time and gifted us a thoughtful farewell present. Her exceptional service is a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. Nice view room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free transport from and to airport and also central. Breakfast is so so only. Limited choice. Overall is still great.

If I can give more than 5 star then I would have, especially for the kindness and making us feel like home. They checked with us proactively day before our arrival and offered us ride from HSR (which we didnt require as we were driving), asked us for our dietary preference (which was helpful as we are Vegetarian) and lastly being an amazing host. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Room was corner room with one side full window and other side balcony with amazing view of Furong town and watefall, and mountains. Hotel is bit outside the town and took us around 6-7 mins by car from scenic area entrance. Overall, very good stay. Thanks a lot to the staff members!
