the bathroom does not have proper looking it’s broken basically, there is no becket also, the ac make loud sound, the chair in the room is broken.

Hotel location from GWL station PF-1 walking distance. Staff behaviour is Good. Cleanliness is Good. Service is average. overall Good choice to stay.

Overall experience was not good we reached late around 10:30pm people sitting at the counter was not taking interest in our concerns like room cleaning I.e bedsheet was not clean firstly ,Ac was not working then after multiple request they changed the room . Again in same room ac issue was there ,washroom was smelling badly , dustbins were not clean and people sitting at reception were busy in their own work was saying us to wait to clean the room and repair the fan and light switch that was free . They did all these thing till 12 pm . I don't understand why they don't check these things earlier

Cleaning was not up to the mark as per tariff and house keeping response was too bad since after multiple calls they were respond.

Rooms were untidy . Bathroom was not hygienic . Linen was also not clean . Property being on the entrance of railway station was too chaotic . Car parking was at owners risk , outside the hotel

Food was good
their tv dth was not recharged and when i asked them, their person came but did nothing. I asked the reception for a towels as their previous ones were dirty and not upto the mark. They started behaving rudely. They can be more professional and soft spoken.
