Not recommended if you’re arriving at Narita Airport—it’s very far. Also distant from the city center, with no nearby currency exchange service. Halal food is hard to find in the area, adding to the inconvenience.

Small hotel about 2 hours on metro from narita. And one hour from shinjuku . Price is its main advantage. Washing machine is available . The rest is very classic . There is no smoking spot at the hotel , 5 minutes walk from Hachioji station . The indiano Pakistani staff speaks English.

Location eay to find about you from JR STATION on the left. For me, it takes about 6 minutes walk

The place was easy to find. They rooms were clean. The beds and pillows were comfy. Definitely a place to stay at if you're looking for afforble comfort near the station.

Nice hotel! Especially the room service

Great location, great hotel, and wonderful service! Family of four, we booked a double and it was a nice room with two double beds. Although a bit small, it was fine for us and we were happy to have a microwave, etc that made it feel homey. The hotel was quiet, the a/c good, and the water pressure strong. The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the Hachioji Eki and all the various conveniences there. Staff was very nice, check-in was smooth and quick, and check-out was as simple as dropping off our card key. We mistakenly left a pair of pajamas in the room and the wonderful staff was able to locate it and send it to us, already in another prefecture, the next day. Thank you so much!! This kindness will not be forgotten and we would love to return to this hotel the next time we visit the area.

livemax hotel is highly recommendable the room is very cozy the shower and toilet has huge space and very clean!! but i hope the price will be more friendly specially to 1night stay only!!

They didn't clean my room for 3 straight days. I now checked in another hotel.
