Quality Inn & Suites

Reserved a room with 2 queens and received a king and had to have someone sleep on the couch. Roomed smelled like an ashtray, and there was significant damage to the door lock.

Great place for the price offered. Breakfast was hot and good to start our day. Rooms were clean. Great security cameras which felt safe. Hotel was well lit. Staff was friendly. We had lovely bed and slept like a baby. Linen was clean.will return next trip.

The first room we got television didn't work so switched us rooms then second room toilet didn't work but got it fixed, when you go to your room the hallway dimly light just a shady hotel not staying again hopefully breakfast is worth it in the morning

This place seems sketchy when you pull up, but I think Hagerstown is more sketchy than I expected. The front desk was very helpful and efficient. Room seemed clean although I swear I could see the outline of someone's suitcase on the bedspread. The whole place would benefit from a deep cleaning and some upgrades. People were clearly smoking as you could smell it walking through the halls. The scariest thing was the room door with a CAUTION-CONDEMNED sign on it that you walk past as it's one of the first rooms. You can make up stories in your head about what occurred there... It was also very quiet since it's not right on the interstate as many of these hotels are. It was very affordable, but I probably would not stay here again. Too many ???'s to make me feel good about it.

Excellent hotel furniture and carpet is new . wifi sevice is good front desk staff is very friendlly beds and rooms clean and hot breakfast grate value for price beds nd pillows very comfortable next time we would stop here again thnku....

Stayed at this hotel for one night with a friend as we were passing through town on motorcycles for the MABDR. The first impression of the hotel was that it was a little seedy - the front part of the building had broken glass, some trash in the parking lot, random people walking around the lot, hallways were dark and needed some paint, etc. But once past this the hotel was good value for the money. Our rooms were freshly renovated and quite clean with new LVT replacing the old carpet in many hotels like this. It was reasonably quiet after 10PM, and everything like faucets and switches worked properly. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. Overall it turned out to be a nice stay and good value once we got past the initial impression.

During my stay at quality inn, I was pleasantly surprised by the delectable warm breakfast options and the charming ambiance of the recently renovated premises. The breakfast spread offered a delightful array of flavorful dishes, providing a satisfying start to my day. We arrived and upon entering the hotel, saw dirty lobby furniture. No elevator, the stairs were disgusting. The upstairs hallway was dark and filthy. In front of each worn out door was a frayed and filthy rug. We didn’t even enter the room since everything around us was in shambles and covered in filth!

Disappointed in many ways. Door key failed to work twice so manager had to let is in without a door key of our own. Halls smell of smoke and back parking lot filled with people smoking pot. Carpet in room was wet. Bathroom had ashes in the sink and mold around bathtub. All very concerning. We will not stay here again.
