room smells bad , sheets got holes from previous smokers, no hot water, mold inside fridge, tv does not work , and no customer service.

Terrible service There was no one at the front desk, I had to call them for someone to come. The room smelled like cigarettes and the blankets had cigarette burns all over it. The room was shabby and had damaged walls and furniture in it. When I went back to the service desk to let them know all of this, there was no one there and I had to call them again and was told they would be here in about 10 minutes. I told them I was taking pictures of the damage to the room and would not be held responsible for the damage in the room.

DON'T STAY HERE!!! DONT STAY HERE!! Hot water doesn't get hot like it should, TV's don't work in the rooms, we came back from our event Saturday night to find that they didn't have power, had to walk multiple flights of stairs with a medical condition, had to use our phone flashlight to do anything in the room. The staff member who was working was SUPER rude towards the group of us who were trying to find out what's going on. They didn't offer any compensation or refund for the inconvenience of not being able to use anything in the room we paid for, I get that they can't control the fact they lost power but it was the guests fault either and they should have been more understanding and accommodating. We definitely won't be booking this hotel again i will sleep in the car first.

The staff is very friendly they have made a lot of changes and improvements to the hotel for there guests

Blankets were torn, desk and chair were filthy. I stayed in room 272 which was directly across from a “condemned” sign quite unsettling. But they were doing construction or some noisy activities with hollering throughout the entire night on the floor above. The ladies at the front counter were respectful and about the only saving grace for this hotel. Pay the extra 5 bucks and stay elsewhere especially with kids.
