Bat Galim Boutique Hotel

An absolutely elegant and properly run hotel. Located at the bottom of the Bahai gardens in the German colony, we were extremely surprised and impressed at the quality of the hotel and the high level of service and hospitality the staff had. The hotel itself is very clean and gorgeous, the room was perfect. Excellent air conditioning and a comfortable bed, We took a half board so we had the benefit of having breakfast and dinner. The food was outstanding, perfectly cooked. The dining room staff and cooks were great. The food is a very good mix of mediterranean, Israel and local Arab cuisine that has everything for everyone. Although I sound like I am repeating myself, the hotel staff were the best I have had in Israel, no hotel even comes close. I felt and was treated like a king! I highly recommend this hotel and I definitely will be returning to stay next time I visit Haifa.

I love the free bottle of wine upon checking in. The morning breakfast is delicious although there are only a couple of hot items. They are eggs with very delicious home made sauces. In addition there are fruits, coffee, and cereal, etc. The room size is decent and bedding is comfortable.

Great breakfast, comfortable room and very responsive clerks. We arrived late in the evening when they didn't have a clerk on site, but they put the phone number to call on the door and the clerk Arina was EXTREMELY responsive and helpful. We had a booking issue that turned out to be my fault and she was amazing at helping us solve it, even offering to add beds to our room before we ultimately realized an issue was our fault.

Not far from the beach! Breakfast was plentiful! Fruits, eggs, fresh breads. Rooms immaculate and outside seating for breakfast or just relaxing. Staff is friendly and professional. Just a suggestion. If you cannot walk steps, request a room on the first door since there are no elevators. Highly recommend.

It’s in a good location, if a bit far from the centre. But it’s location near the beach and restaurants on the beach is good. The hotel is comfortable and cool. Bed was a little small but ok. The only downside was our room was by the front door and the constant buzzing of the door being opened late at night was annoying.

Wonderful stay. They were so accommodating. Can’t wait to return. Even catered to vegans for the breakfast. Couldn’t be nicer. Everyone did a great job making sure we were taken care of Would recommend
