Very attentive team and good service provided. Hotel rooms are clean and fitted with modern amenities and gadgets. Highly recommended for family and business travel.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel for foreigners, the staff had no idea how to process a booking for a Foreigner and I ended up behind the desk doing it myself. The breakfast was fine but there were no tables as the room was too small. The room itself was fine, the bed was comfortable, the other people were really noisy so I didn't get much sleep.

Despite booking a room designated for four people, we were surprised to find only two single beds provided. Upon inquiry, we were informed that this was indeed their designated room for four individuals. This discrepancy left us utterly perplexed and disappointed. Additionally, our stay was further marred by inadequate amenities. Despite our reservation for four guests, we were initially provided with amenities catering to only two individuals – two bath towels, two toothbrushes, and two pairs of slippers. We had to bring this to the attention of the receptionist to ensure we received the appropriate provisions for all four guests. Such oversights detracted from the overall experience of our stay.

The location was ok but DiDi will not stop at the hotel. You will need cross the motorist lane to get on and off the car. If you looking for night market, this hotel not walking distance to any. The security of the hotel is not so strict so you will see non-guest of the hotel entering the hotel entrance. Also, we believe they will go to the room level as well because we received adv under the door. The front desk staff not very sure on the check in for oversea guest, it took quite awhile for you check in as compare to other hotel we stayed in China.

Room is big, bed is comfy , nice tv screen, hotel location near qilou old street about 5min by Didi

The hotel is great, small but clean. The staff are hospitable and friendly,if you’re a foreigner it takes so much time ti check-in

房間很乾凈整潔，非常喜歡這個酒店的裝修風格，本來還以為開車沒地方停車，沒想到酒店後面就有停車場 ，停車很方便，前台服務也很好，還免費給我升級的房間，早餐的粉湯也是非常的好吃，酒店的健身房跟洗衣機烘乾機在同一個樓層，公共區域在一個樓層使用很方便，必需好評，整體體驗非常滿意

朋友推薦來的這家酒店，事實證明確實不錯。辦理入住時，前台細心的給我介紹店裡的設備設施，包括怎麼停車。早餐種類豐富，衞生做的很乾凈。 離老街騎樓跟海南博物館，雲洞圖書館都很近，酒店出門右拐50米就有個租電動車的。總體來説體驗很好，返程時我還會住他們酒店的。

酒店德房間很乾凈，海南這邊德椰子也很甜， 環境：環境很安靜，安排得很合理 服務：服務特別周到細心 設施：設施齊全，也很方便使用，叫小度小度就好了

酒店地理位置就超級棒，離騎樓老街步行就能過去，周圍也是充滿了煙火氣，吃東西逛街都方便。房間舒適安靜，還很乾凈，全屋智能，性價比很高。早餐也很棒，種類多吃的飽飽的。同價位是非常不錯的選擇

開車來的，本來以為沒地方停，沒想到酒店有停車場住客免費停，來的比較早，還好有乾淨的房間給我提前入住了，房間衞生很乾凈，還能看到馬路上的風景，本來覺得聲音有點吵，關了窗之後就沒什麼聲音了，睡得很香啊，本來淋了雨心情有點不好的，但是前台的工作人員態度很好，還告訴我酒店有烘乾機洗衣機可以免費使用，住了一天感覺挺值的，下次來海口的話應該也會提前定這個酒店👍🏻
