Haikou Feifan Holiday Apartment (Hainan University)

This facility is located outside the main drag. It was nice and quiet. We had an ocean view. Walking distance to the ocean- no swimming allowed/available at this location. There was no food service and no restaurants within walking distance. Washing machine came with the room- for family with children this was a great asset. Though there was a kitchen- there were no plates or silverware to eat with, nor pots or pans to cook with. There was a stove.There was only 1 glass in the bathroom, when asked if they could provide another, we were told the previous customers broke one. However, it was not replaced nor another provided for us. Small store was about a 10 minute walk. Provincial hospital which also has an International Clinic was very convenient. We mostly used Didi to get from place to place. There was a swimming pool which was supposed to be open daily. However, when we did decide to have a mid morning swim, we were told the pool wouldn’t open until 3:00pm. Needless to say we were quite disappointed! Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this facility. There is definitely some room for improvement. For someone with medium expectations and a quiet place to stay- this is ideal.

房間衞生很乾凈，裝修也看上去很舒服，比較舒適親民！前台和客房的服務很好，很用心，基本是有求必應，房間很寬敞，環境宜人很舒服，設施也齊全，説是公寓，但和酒店沒啥區別，比酒店的設施還完整，非常適合親子出遊，酒店地理位置也非常好，非常便捷，總體很棒

房間外觀是現代質感的建築，簡潔典雅，造型剛中有柔，盡顯青島地域建築風情。房間乾淨整潔，每個房間都有寬敞的陽台，將藍天、海水和陽光融合在一起，白天可感受陽光的明媚，晚上可享受滿天星光的浪漫。會體會到奢華海景風光，流連忘返。酒店員工總是面帶微笑，熱情周到地為我們服務，讓我們感受到了家的温暖。
