The super typhoon Yagi damaged many of the windows in this building and it's still under repair. It's a bit dangerous as shatter glass does fall from the building overnight and is swept away every morning. The area is taped off, but you do need to enter the "danger" zone every time you go in/out of the building. Location is very central, walking distance to eateries, snack shops, continent shops to get whatever supplies you need. Service from the front desk staff was good, they didn't have a luggage trolley, but helped us with our luggage and also provided extra consumables up front as we were staying for 5 nights. Note: the gym was not available during my 5 night stay which was disappointing as it was one of my main considerations of booking. The gym being unavailable is the main reason why I gave 4 stars for the amenities as this should have been clearer during booking. All in all, I would return and hopefully the typhoon damage would be repaired and the gym in operation.

非常方便的位置，附近就是居民區，步行去哪兒都方便，樓下有各種餐廳和便利店，太合適親子住了，標準一室一廳一廚，乾乾淨淨，整整齊齊，很新很新。去騎樓老街和海南大學的夜市都很近，步行都可以到。附近好吃的太多了！25號和26號當班的前台和負責人辛苦了，解決了很多問題，是個負責任的團隊。再來海口還會住！強烈推薦。

房間設施齊全、衞生乾淨整潔空氣清爽，前台小姐姐服務超級好，事無鉅細，到陌生的地方不懂諮詢前台哪裡好玩跟哪裡有好吃的都給我挪列出來了，性價比高、房間有洗衣機出門在外十分方便，非常貼心房間裏還配備了冰箱，自己買了海鮮酒店還配了個小廚房給我們使用，樓層阿姐服務也很好。有回家的感覺值得推薦👍👍👍

第一次見過這麼大空間的凱里亞德酒店，房間設施什麼的非常新，好像全新的一樣，前台小雨妹妹服務非常好，還幫我免費升級了房型，給我們介紹附近的旅遊景點，遊玩攻略，前台還送了我們小吃，真的太人性化了，這是我住酒店以來感受到的最幸福的酒店了，非常推薦這裏，下次和家人一起過來一定首選，推薦推薦

環境很好十字路口很好找，就在家對面很方便，酒店服務也很好，房間衞生很乾凈空間也大，設備設施齊全因為離家自己帶了電磁爐了，人多做個早餐很方便，旁邊這個餐館口味挺不錯
