Excellent location with shopping mall, clubbing, pubs, restaurants all nearby. Excellent service from lobby front desk. Keep this service 👍👍👍 Sure will be back.

Great location with a shopping mall just across the hotel. Comfortable & spacious room. Breakfast spread is good. Service from the restaurants and front desk staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. A good hotel option in Haikou.

Very nice and clean hotel! Loved the location, which is near a mall + supermart and with lots of eateries behind also! We could do our laundry free but the machine needs some time to figure out. Overall a very nice place, bustling location, but the sound proofing of the windows are pretty good!

Excellent service staffs and prompt check in! Managed to put 5 rooms in one level for us.

The hotel is new and clean. The service of the staff is extremely good. Breakfast is a disappointment, it is chinese style breakfast and the oil smell is very strong in the restaurant.

The hotel is new and everything looks very new. It is also right opposite a few malls, which makes it very convenient for shopping. Overall good experience, although the hotel seems quite short staffed in the late evening when we checked in.

Couple travelling with family members (old and young). Location was good, there were 3 shopping mall by foot. One of the mall has a huge supermarket which we loved. Room decor was simple and nice. However room makeup seems to only include tidying up the bed and replenishing toilet items like toothbrush, shower cap. Used cups and utensils were not cleaned / cleared away for new set. Coffee stain on table was still there after room makeup. There were gift vouchers upon room booking but only redeemable with WeChat which we do not have, and vouchers cannot redeem with Alipay, so we had to forgo rmb 4000 voucher for use at duty free shop and rmb 200 drink voucher. May explore other hotels nearby for future stay.

Terrible hotel that comes with bad toilet flushing system. Expect guests to throw used toilet paper into bin and not into toilet bowl and flush down. Hotel manager expect guests to understand this part and do ‘our’ part for this. Goodness!!! Hotel without hotel standard! Smokers everywhere walking around in hotel, lobby…which, is this even allowed?? Not a good hotel. Hotel details are not true. Very disappointed!

Stayed here for 2 days. Very convenient location , good service and good breakfast. Nothing to complain about.

Clean and new hotel with location just opposite a large shopping mall. Service of staff is friendly and helpful. Amenties are quite limited but breakfast had variety and wuality. Overall recommend as the rooms are spacious and modern.
