Fantastic stay! The hotel feels safe with bright corridors. Breakfast was a nice spread and they serve free supper too. Room is very spacious and clean. Definitely the choice for a return stay. Fanscinated by the chef's skill - a mushroom look alike mantou ^_^

The location may not suit everyone, but the hotel, the room and especially the staff were excellent. I was particularly impressed by the attention and support by the staff (for me as a non-mandarin speaker) throughout the hotel. I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel.

因為海口市沒有地鐵，從美蘭機場打車去酒店大約40多元，半小時至45分鐘可到，前台服務真誠到位，最貼心的是當我Check in 時，服務員告訴我，房間已依照我的要求安排好了，因為我要求是高樓層(非吸煙樓層)和窗外景觀，已免費為我把房間升級。後來我發覺房間冷氣不滿意，前台李先生主動帶我選擇另一間房間，亦免費再升級一次，我不是為我可以免費房間升級而讚賞，而是為李先生，酒店的服務而讚賞。我的額外要求，如要護髮素，被單.....也能全部滿足。
房間的設備很新，水壓好，去水暢通，沐浴洗頭舒暢。房間的智能設備也很靈敏。負責每天打掃的員工也十分到位。
Check out時前台王雲諾小姐堅持教我打車，因為的的打車Ａｐｐ是無法聯絡司機的，她親自跑出酒店外的馬路帶司機將車駛入酒店大門前，感激！！
更要感謝林經理（女士)她樂於聆聽，認同客人合理的要求，不亢不卑，是管理的人才。
從入全至離開，沒有員工直接或間接要求要五星評級，我覺得值得推祟，以正現時的＂歪風＂
餐廳地方不大，食物一般。
＊＊＊ 我向前台要求兩張被單後，有一位夜間的服務員送來，這位服務員在門口不斷窺視我房間的情況，最後她還未經我的同意下閃入我的房間，左顧右盼。對她的操守極之反感。
＊＊＊ 我Ｃｈｅｃｋｉｎ的第二日，酒店的另一位經理向的說，你房間的冷氣並沒有問題，只是當值的職員出錯，本來是不應該替你免費換房的，但今次算啦＞
我極之不同意亦不滿意這位經理的說法和處事態度，開了冷氣，超過１ 小時都不能下降一度，而其他房間１０分鐘內已下降２度，是冷氣的問題抑或是人為的問題，語氣中是"便宜了我"，已告知林經理，請酒店負責人徹查，這些員工非酒店之福

過來出差的，環境很不錯，大堂很大，有個會客的會議桌，還有免費的茶水，晚上有夜宵，早餐品種豐富且美味，不用特地的出去買夜宵，早餐，交通也是很方便，靠近高鐵東站，，龍湖天街也很近。服務也是特別棒，員工周到熱情，有需要都會幫助我，讓我感覺非常舒服和賓至如歸。房間很乾凈整潔，床上用品軟軟的，反正很舒服，樓下停車還免費，停車場很大，隨便停，我強烈推薦這家酒店，下次來還住這裏，性價比高

新開的酒店 進房打開空調有股很大的味道，空調很製冷，但如果你開高了空調裏就會有股臭味！
本來就是過來出差 才訂了個單位附近的酒店 結果等到要洗頭洗澡的時候 沒有護髮素 每個酒店都會提供護髮素 為什麼你的酒店不提供？我打電話問前台 她明確告訴我，（她）（他）們就是沒有提供護髮素的女士。那請問酒店前台代表的誰？不是酒店工作人員嗎？他們指的誰？
還有就是被子 特別刺撓 特別粗糙 根本睡不着 既然是新開的酒店 為什麼不花點錢換點柔軟一點的被子？比我奶睡的被子都糙。本來想住三天 一天都住不了 根本睡不着 第二天還得工作 很拉胯！！

來海口出差，酒店地理位置好，交通方便，離我出差的單位特別近。房間舒適，淋浴間水洗澡很舒服，房間有兩面大大的鏡子，很適合搭配穿衣。服務人員很熱情，也很樂於提供幫助，小姑娘非常熱情，值得獎勵。

房間很好，酒店是新的，停車也比較方便。下次出行還會選擇入住該酒店。就是沒有早餐贈送。但是距離市區不遠，可以去吃早茶。
