Noble Yacht Club

I reported this place to the Municipal Government Consumer Protection Service, Haikou. AWFUL is the only word. Outdated shabby fixtues, cracked water taps. Front desk is a street-clothes-wearing girl that's unhelpful. No bath mats. I asked for one and they still didn't give me one, although the bathtub floor is slippery. The room door barely hangs there and has signs that someone tried to pry it open with a chisel sometime before. The door eye was ripped out and has a piece of cloth stuffed into it. There's a wall sign in the room stating the gambling, pornography and ************ are illegal. The bath robes and towels are worn out. No complimentary water. No untensils. NOTHING. On top of all that, I was unable to either cancel that booking or get reimbursed: that hotel does not allow you to do that. I left the place 20 minites after I checked in, and went to another hotel. AWFUL. NEVER AGAIN

這個酒店，應該是整個海口的酒店裡房間最靠海的了，酒店設施陳舊，如果對房間要求不高的話，入住體驗還是不錯的，主要有温泉和泳池，這裏泳池拍照非常好看，温泉泳池是一體的，前面就是沙灘和大海，性價比很高。順便説下，前台服務很熱情，還有一個來我房間幫忙弄好電視的大叔人很好！

獨特南亞風情特色酒店，熱情服務，冠絕風景，舒適温泉，私家沙灘🏖️，一眼萬年，沒住夠啊！做夢都想再去，有種退休就來此常住的念頭！世間竟然有如此絕美的地方！愛了愛了！定會再去，重温夢境！ 特值得一提的是，在酒店期間正遇歷史最大台風“摩羯”，酒店工作人員多次叮囑我們注意安全，當地區旅遊局領導（蔡夫雄副局長）也多次動員我搬離去市中心，並在颱風來之前，冒風雨駕車送我一家三口到市中心酒店，特別感謝！想來也多虧蔡副局長，否則後果嚴重。本來訂了五晚，衹住了兩晚，沒住夠啊！期待再會！
