Always a pleasurable experience staying at the hotel. Room extremely clean and spacious. Breakfast is good quality and the staff are extremely friendly!

Mission hills is the great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the nature. It is located away from all the hustle of the modern cities. The room is spacious, there is a huge bath with the tub and a seperate shower. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The service is up to its five star standard, especially I would like to thank you Miss Lilian Du 杜琼兰， who was very kind to help me with my request

Resort and golf club have good condition. Olivia zeng is specially very kind and gave us nice service. Thank you so much. Room condition is good and spacious.

Very comfortable, classy and beautiful resort hotel with water theme park and hotel spring facilities onsite. Huge room with nice view (if you select the view facing the water theme park). The breakfast is ok. The room quality is very good and bed/pillows are super comfortable. Service is good as the staff will add you on wechat and you can talk to staff on wechat if you have any issues. They provided free dessert i.e. honeydew sago which is nice and not too sweet and also had a turndown service. Overall, a very good stay especially since I got the double twin room at a good promotional price of Y799 which includes hotspring and breakfast and the hotel give us a free upgrade too. The location is the only weak factor. It is about 30mins from city centre/touristy sites (e.g. Haikou Old Street). There is no big shopping mall /bustling commercial area in walking distance. However, the hotel provides a shuttle bus to a relatively quiet shopping and dining area that is 5 min drive away (the hotel provide shuttle bus every 30 mins to this location).

This is my favourite resort and place to stay in Haikou thus far! We booked the family room which comes with 2 double beds and a bunk bed. It's super spacious despite the number of beds, and the kids loved the hot tub. The only downside was the sliding doors were a little hard to manoeuvre for little hands so we just mostly left them open. There were both adult and kids bathrobes and bedroom slippers and wet slippers (we used it for our trips to the hotspring and pool) as well as kids dental kits and shower toiletries. Our package included buffet breakfast and dinner, spread was great and the kids had no difficulty finding food they liked. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hotspring, followed by the indoor pool. The animal club was small-ish but the kids had fun there too. It was a pity the outdoor water park and firefly activities were closed/not available as it was winter and we weren't aware of that. Also, not all the pools in the hotspring were loaded with the herbs but the upside was there wasn't much crowd when we were there. Just a side note: A number of farms in the area were closed on weekdays also because of winter/typhoon destruction. So make sure to call up before heading over.

I stayed for one night in this hotel and I met very good person in reception exactly Beth! She is kind and attentive to the problems of the tourist!! Thanks for my amazing rest!

Very good value for money with the nice hotel, nice breakfast and nice Japanese buffet.

I recently stayed at this 5-star hotel, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting us with warm smiles and making sure we had everything we needed. A special shout-out to the Manager, Justin, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His attention to detail and willingness to assist at any moment truly made a difference. The hotel itself is stunning, with luxurious amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable stay. Five stars all the way!

The Hotel was very good, the city had a typhoon and next day we came to the hotel as it has water and electricity and good atmosphere as well as food. Additionally, the gentleman speaking English was very good, goes by the name Justin, he made the stay way smoother

Overall, my stay was good. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only downside was that I ordered room service but I did not like the food. The room was nice and the tickets for the hot springs was included.

Nice swimming pool facilities for Children. But lots of dirt underneath the pool deck.

We came for the hot springs and were impressed by the hospitality of the hotel. They arranged a late checkout when my friend’s flight was delayed, as well as gave us complimentary soup and fruit. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast buffet I’ve had of the three resorts I’ve stayed at in Hainan. Really a wonderful experience! The clove and Janine pools are a must, as well as the cold mint pool. Hope the African and Middle East pool sections are open next time I visit to be able to try all the “continents”.

Thank you Beth , a young lady on the reception for helping us to handle all issues and requests during our stay. We also discovered a nice souvenir on the table , what a lovely touch for a good memory. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friend and family members, in love. My mom loves it so much too, thank you.
