Pullman Haikou recensioner

There are very nice hot-springs baths with different temperature and different types of aroma (roses, herbal, natural) and a bath with peeling-fishes.

Nice breakfast, room was ok although we didn't have a river view. Restaurant staff very good especially Steven Lu and another girl who's name I didn't get. Lovely pool and hot springs. Check in girl wasn't the friendliest/most welcoming when we arrived. All in all a nice hotel

Great location, hotel is nice and fancy. Grand lobby as you enter. The only downside of the outdoor pool is that you can’t use it when there’s a chance of thunderstorm and considering the Haikou weather, this is quite frequent. You are also forced to wear a swimming cap in the pool, which some do not prefer.

There is a mall beside the hotel, but there is nothing much there! Check in and out is very efficient. The room decor and furniture are old. The sound proofing is not very good. Can hear footsteps, dragging of furniture and sound middle of the night. Breakfast is good with plenty of choices. The service staff is polite and one the supervisor/manager can remember where we were sitting previously and know what coffee we wanted. Chatted with her and know that she was from Hunan province. The hotel can consider not to have the mini bar inside the room, instead, to have vending machines i.e. drink, snack and food at the hotel lobby. The gym is good but not 24-hour. Overall, we had a good stay in the hotel. Keep up the excellent work.

Amazing service and very comfortable rooms. But what really impressed me is the pool area and the view.

Great Location and clean room, did not get to use their hot spring or FOC stuff because we are all busy travelling out. Nice spread of buffet breakfast, my kids went to play a while at their children playroom, and we bought a pushy sloth for my kid.

It was an amazing stay! We loved the hot springs and the room had a lovely view!

First room given was smelly so I got upgraded to the club floor. Good clean room and good breakfast. Pleasant stay.

This hotel is very very super hotel in haikou, i visited 5 hotels. Pullman is the best of them. Breakfast is tasty and has so many options and inside is comfortable. The pool was very clean and i tried 4 types of hot springs. Overall i specially suggest this lovely hotel to you.

My family is delighted to have chosen Pullman Hotel in Haikou. The hotel is located strategically close to most of the attractions. The breakfast spread is good with varieties and dinner served mostly seafood. Special shout out to Manager on duty, Joofee Xin for good attention to details and she has been constantly offer her assistance when I needed help. I will stay in Pullman again if I come to Haikou next time.

Staff member John Chen is the most rude staff member I have ever encountered in any hotel worldwide. Does not do his job properly poor attitude and attempts to instigate a fight with customers. The female duty manager surname Wang on the afternoon of Sunday 10th of April is also very unprofessional and is seen laughing instead of trying to resolve the matter.

Room are big and nice, staffs are friendly too.
