You should set expectations that this is an apartment in a 20 story building, not a hotel. On the positive side, the view is A+ and the laundry machine is very useful,. You get free detergent.
The check in process was unclear. After an hour, I found a note in Trip asking me to add the hotel on Wechat, and they sent me the room # and key code. It wasn't obvious. They also emailed me, but Gmail is blocked in China so I didn't see it in time.
Main complaint is that it could be cleaner - photos of mold in the sink, cracked plaster, etc. The listing photos looked much nicer than reality.

We are happy with the stay.
We are not able to find the right entrance to the place initially, but I gave the person in charge a call and was guided to the right entrance easily
The place is cosy and the view is beautiful!
There are lots of eateries and convenient stores around the place. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all available in this area, there are supermarkets so if you crave for fresh fruits, you are covered
We took walks around the area, and the sea view is great!
I recommend this place for short stays if you are at HaiKou and want ultimate unblock seaview

環島自駕一路上的住宿比較下來，這家民宿絕對要給五星好評！
首先是房子裝修風格時尚，漂亮，符合年輕人的審美，設施也很齊全，管家服務周到，有問題能及時解決，打掃衞生以及補充生活物品都很及時。
無敵海景更值得一提，早上太陽升起就能看見窗外無邊無際的碧海藍天，令人心曠神怡。
特別是屋子裡一點沒有臨海的潮氣，這一點特別贊！

環境很好，海景房，離海口港很近，但港口很安靜，樓下麪包房，小型蔬果店，水果店，早餐，炒菜，蘭州拉麪，葯房，24小時便利店都有，叫車也方便。

周邊環境還不錯，可以在海邊溜達，然後看海，能看日落，還能看椰子，找一下也有一些便利的超市。
家裡能做飯非常方便。
家裡也比較乾淨，被子和枕頭非常舒服。屬於民宿中整體偏上水平。
下次來的話還可以選擇這裏住。
衹可惜要的瓶裝水和抽紙我們走了也沒送上來。

睡的特別舒服特別香！
店家提前給開空調暖暖和和的，樓上的榻榻米床墊很舒服枕頭的高度正合適，一覺睡到日上三竿哈哈哈哈哈，窗外是船港，小朋友一定很喜歡看，關上窗户就很安靜。
建議自己帶毛巾哈，民宿的話也正常啦

環境：跟介紹圖一樣，特別好看，拍照啥的都很出片，樓下就是海，離碼頭也很近，散散步什麼的很舒服
服務：小姐姐很有耐心，回覆也很快，入住體驗非常好！！！
民宿自帶了廚具，我們自己買了一個鍋做了火鍋，在這體驗到了家的感覺，如果是朋友出行真的很值得推薦，樓下也有吃的和便利店，外賣買菜也很方便。推薦入住哦

設施很齊全，洗衣機還有廚房用品都有，第一次住公寓式民宿，意外的驚喜，房間佈置的特別温馨，第一次住公寓比較注重衞生方面，很乾凈整潔，由於海口行程比較短，不然想多住一晚，在樓下吹着海風漫步，看到個燒烤攤在喝個啤酒吃串。真舒服，推薦推薦這家民宿，老闆服務態度很好，一直在線。
