Xuexiang Snow World Homestay

Location excellent, In the heart of Snow Town. We knew we had to pay a premium during peak season, 4 Adults and 1 Child slept in 1 room paid for $306 AUD equivalent to $1.3K RMB is a joke for this place. Bedding was not very clean, had hairs all over the bed, provided only 2 towels for 5. Toothbrush provided was so cheap the handle bends when you are brushing, everything is just so cheap! Please invest at least a few dryers rather than having sheets and towels just drying in the public space, it doesn't look good and not hygenic! The B&B is located on top of a restaurant and difficult to find, the host was very nice helped with luggage and gave us a option of either a 5 person Kang or 6 person Kang but the restaurant staff was appalling, you feel guilty to even ask them for anything. Lets not talk about breakfast! it was a shocker!!! for what we paid we got served a few White Buns, 2 types of pickled vegetable and some kind of corn soup/congee YUCK! Not even a boiled egg. Before we left, we noticed the restaurants or B&B cleaning standards is rated C by inspectors. Foreign travelers please do not stay at Snow Town, it's so commercialised and a rip off. The prices are inflated by 200-300%. My best advise is come spend a few hours and head back and just stay near Yabuli, you get much better facilities there. Snow town is beautiful though!

雪鄉真的很美。就是太冷了。來之前一定要給老闆打電話，他可以在你下車的地方接你。我們就是因為沒有打電話。雪鄉定位還不準，走了很多冤枉路，定的房間雖然是閣樓，但是很乾凈，住着很舒服。
