Summary :
The accommodation experience was terrible; I advise everyone not to stay at this hotel as it is a scam.
1. The hotel is far from the China Snow Town entrance, requiring a 700-meter walk since there's no bus within Snow Village.(Picture 1)
2. Despite claiming to assist with luggage, the hotel refused to help upon checkout, citing lack of staff and prioritizing the front desk.
3. Although the hotel mentioned Wi-Fi, it was unusable, and the front desk's response was that they couldn't fix it, asking guests to tolerate the issue.
4. The hotel's actual appearance doesn't match the photos, resembling an old three-story concrete building rather than the showcased Snow Town-themed structures. (Picture 2)
5. Despite claiming to be a three-star hotel, there's no elevator, and guests were assigned to the third floor, causing inconvenience, especially for elderly guests.
6. The room was somewhat dirty, with unidentified liquid marks and someone else's hair on the bed. (Picture 4)
7. Promised Northeastern specialty frozen fruits were not provided, and instead, the front desk gave heating pads, later requesting a five-star review on the booking platform (Picture 5). The obly thing they provide is a FOC but limited snow sleding plastic board.
8. The hotel's outdated water heater requires an hour interval to provide sufficient hot water, making it inconvenient for guests. (Picture 3)
