Pullman Hai Phong Grand Hotel recensioner

We had a great stay here! It’s a lovely new hotel right in the middle of Hai Phong. Since most of the city was closed for New Years, we ate most meals here as well. They were accommodating to our 11 month old baby. The play room near the restaurant was a lot of fun the staff were all very nice and helpful. If we’re ever back in Haiphong, we would stay here again!

Newest hotel in Haiphong, opened for business in July 2024. Everything looks brand new and classy. The hotel breakfast is really good. There’s also a few noodles shop and eateries around the hotel. Great location and it’s smacked right in the middle of downtown.

Very clean room, super friendly and helpful staffs. Super convenient location to get around. Lots of restaurant and coffee shop nearby. Definitely come back to stay.

Comparing to Sheraton and Nikko Pros: 1. No doubt the best and newest hardware, I like the furniture and bathroom, especially the TOTO Washlet. Glass water bottle, tooth paste are very ecology. 2. Location, in city center, not too difficult for walk. Some interesting small shop around. 3. Breakfast is also nice. Cons: 1. Location is good but also bad. If you stay at the rail station side, you will hear the noise even midnight. I'm not sure the other side. 2. Gym and swimming pool is only opened till 22:00. And the swimming pool is outdoor, although it's beautiful, can't swim during cold day or raining days.

Great hotel and service. I recommend stay at Pullan Hai pong. Of course, I will stay my next trip too.

We had a fabulous stay here, our time was short (only 2nights) but Giang at front desk gave us a free room upgrade, early check-in at no extra cost! The room was so spacious and cleaned to a very high standard. We also used the pool which is unheated so this time of year, very chilly, the gym facilities were also excellent, very clean, good range of equipment and even has steam and sauna room, the gym is 24hours but staffed between 6am-10pm. Overall i cannot possibly fault anything with this hotel, i would 100% recommend to all and definitely stay again on my next trip!
