My second stay in this hotel, staffs are friendly, foods are great. For those who is coming the first time, please take the train from station 51 and get off at station 55 (Kowakidani). From station 55, you can either 1) walk for 15 mins to the hotel Or 2) take the mini 10 seats shuttle bus from 2-5 pm (every 10-15 mins), just wait at the exit. If you need a pick up outside of this time, call the hotel and they will pick you up (a local Japanese phone number in the picture attached)

It's a great getaway from the traditional Hakone crowds. We booked the private onsen due to the tattoo policies and the top floor rooms have a good view to the moutains. The restaurant facilities, service and politeness are great and we would definitely return. A great plus: an amazing cascate easy trail 5min away from the hotel. With the right shoes it takes 45-1h to reach the lake and avoid the crowds piling up on the hakone bus services.

Great variety of onsens available. Meals were delicious and we would highly recommend this hotel.

Despite my limited Japanese, the staff were friendly and attentive. The garden and hot spring foot bath are really lovely and give a nice rest after travelling.

Hotel has really nice hot spring, but the facilities are old and should be improved.

The hotel location is quite good but you gotta have a bit patience in how to get there if you drive with Navi. The service quality is decent overall. Recommend to those who would like to enjoy their stay in family style.

衞生間有點小，床單衞生一般，陽台可以泡温泉非常方便，其他設施也很完善。睡覺很安靜。晚餐有燒烤和火鍋兩種可選，感覺火鍋吃的更飽一點。早餐日式的。做公交從小田原到二の平入口下車，步行350米到達酒店，距離不遠，主要是上坡。

Execelente instalaciones y personal. Todo el staff muy atento y cordial. Siempre buscaban ayuda y ofrecieron un muy buen servicio. Regresaría sin dudarlo de nuevo.

給這次的箱根酒店打滿分，首先交通方便，雖然在山上但是有一個711在附近，酒店裡設施齊全，公湯和私湯都體驗了，非常不錯，很舒服，冰牛奶，冰棍都是免費的，服務態度非常好。早飯是最驚喜的，儀式感滿滿

房間很大，免費温泉有兩處，泡完雪糕益力多牛奶任吃，晚餐早餐豐盛，服務人員友好，環境幽靜，非常滿意的温泉旅館體驗！

酒店有分本館和新館，本次入住新館，入住的時候前台小姐姐會有很詳細的介紹，甚至拿出了酒店地圖對應講解方位，包括餐廳位置，用餐時間段，可選擇晚餐類型，免費提供服務等等； 酒店有固定時間段的小班車來回穿梭在電車-酒店，需要可以搭乘；其中酒店的早餐和晚餐出品都相當不錯，都是比較傳統的日式風格，值得一試； 總體環境不錯，除了外國旅客也有很多日本當地人去入住，算是比較有歷史的酒店了，所以難以避免剛入住會有一點點味道，過會就好了； 周邊交通基本衹有公車，班次不多需要等，出行的話需要提前瞭解下； 11月底去的，楓葉很漂亮，天氣很適合泡温泉，附近的美術館也很不錯，是一次不錯的選擇。

性價比很強的一家日式温泉酒店，定的是一泊二食。吃的很豐富，晚餐吃的是火鍋套餐，提供的是一對一日式 服務，需要吃完一道再上下一道菜。早飯吃的是傳統日式料理早餐，很豐盛。温泉也不錯，雖然池子不多規模不大，私湯比較難體驗到，因為衹有三個需要碰運氣（我沒體驗到），但是泡完温泉有免費冰淇淋，晚上還有免費的夜宵。總體來説是很不錯的，推薦。距離雕刻之森美術館挺近的
