Masutomi Ryokan recensioner

Very nice ryokan with great food and onsen baths. Super friendly and kind staff. Comfortable rooms.

Lovely place. Some staff can speak English, some can't, but all of them were very friendly and helpful. Location is just 5 minutes walk from the main station and bus stop on the main street. The food was outstanding and stunning in presentation. The hot spring has indoor and outdoor areas. The room was spacious but can be super cold during winter (and there's no hot water system in the bathroom due to old facilities). But overall, best experience, would love to come back :)

There was wifi in the room, it was clean (the airconditioning was quite dusty though) and the location was quite close to the station. There is no private shower in our room, so all baths have to be taken in the communal onsen. There are two baths in the level one bath, and just one in the basement bath. Still, a very good experience and it was quite convenient for a two-night stay.

房间是我在日本住过最大最舒适的，窗外的山景很美。前台的婆婆会告诉你合适的沐浴时间，所以我总能在没人的时候去泡温泉，避免了与他人接触的尴尬😅戶外的溫泉很舒服，如果有機會还会再来！

房間是純日式榻榻米，衞生看着還是很乾凈、但是温泉特別小、兩個人進去就擠了，而且接待人員英語很差、溝通有點費力、關鍵是她們服務中有行李寄存、我們打算第二天在箱根玩玩再去熱海、和她們商量行李寄存到下午一點鐘、結果告訴我們她們要修理空調，上午酒店酒店就一個人沒有了，明顯就是推脱

日式民宿，體驗感不錯，很有日本的感覺。温泉很乾凈很清澈，人也少，所以泡起來不尷尬，很舒服很自在。湯本站寄出的行李也好好的送到了房間！不過因為是民宿，多少衞生狀況肯定不能和四星五星級酒店比，建議帶上一次性被套被單什麼的比較好。但個人感覺性價比已經很高了。

직원분들이 진짜 친절하십니다!! 숙소가 깔끔하고 온천도 너무 만족스럽습니다 식사장소는 고급진 느낌과 맛도 좋습니다!!!

飲料水が用意されていたらもっと良いでしょう

動漫日語程度+小學英語水平雙人出行，工作人員都非常親切友好，語言不通也無大礙，在各種方面都得到了很細心的講解和照顧。旅店內部及周邊環境都很漂亮而且乾淨，非常好的入住體驗。並且由於售賣的房間不多，即使是規模不像國內那麼大的公共温泉的體驗也很好很靜謐，飯是傳統日式料理（量還挺大的），味道偏清淡，好吃。對於我們兩個人來説是非常美好的回憶，箱根和這家旅店都值得一去。

房間比想象中要好 水龍頭都是山泉水可以直接喝 不足就是酒店自帶的温泉有點小 而且温度比較高

地理位置近，但招牌不是很明顯，要細心慢慢看才找到。

旅館服務一流，而且非常近地鐵巴士站，徒步6分鐘到達，有5個風呂、頂樓私人風呂，可以預約dinner.

位置還可以，當地晚上關門很早，無處用餐。

酒店很老了沒有電梯，上樓不太方便
