Booked half board 3d2n stay, best service and best meal we ever had out of so many Japan trip we travelled. Will definitely come back again ;)

Nice historical Ryokan, hospitality is their highlight. Very nice food. Spent some time in their private onsen, it was great. One of the surprise is the Zen room, relaxing environment and I slept on the massage chair simply because it’s too comfortable. Nice experience overall!

Quiet and comfortable. Dinner was ok. Nothing around but enjoy couple onsen very much. Love it.

Authentic ryokan experience with in-room hot spring, private hot springs and delicious kaiseki dinner and breakfast in room! Only downside is the staffs mostly don’t speak English so there’s some miscomms. Location might be not convenient for those without car.

A very beautiful ryokan, old but very well maintained. The decor is so beautiful. From the moment you check in, you will be in good hands of the ryokan, well served with friendliness. Keiseki meals (dinner and breakfast) are served in the room. Food is delicious! And love the private outdoor onsen!! U get to book for 30 minutes per day for the stay. Well worth the price.

Wonderful stay. Many onsens to choose from. Dinner and breakfast were exquisite. Our private server/butler Kanako was very hospitable.

The service was really good, we had to drive from Tokyo so it took a while and we were kinda delayed by traffic for a bit due to it being one lane. Our hosts are really kind and help with parking our cars and bringing us our luggages. Although we thought it was advertised as a hotel, it's actually a ryokan. Really apologetic for the inconvenience from us during our stay there, we checked in late and even came back late during one of the night - resulting in us missing dinner service (they even set up and left some food for us). We also wanted to leave for the convenience store close to midnight, only to find out that the doors are all shut, we didn't want to make them do extra work so we went back to our rooms. The rooms are great and the views are so beautiful, it's amazing to wake up to such greenery / mountain view. Breakfast and dinner service will be in the rooms and the staff will help us lay and keep our futons as well. I had the chance to soak in one of the private baths, it was really relaxing and nice, warms me right up since it was around 10 degrees in the autumn. Amenities provided are very adequate as well, even in the baths (public/private). Besides all that, there's a lounge area with massage chairs, it was the best thing ever, highly recommend to try it during your stay. It's more convenient if you drive, there are convenience stores are few mins drive away. The entrance from the road is a really sharp bend so you need to take note in case you missed it. Plenty of parking space as well, wouldn't be a concern during your stay. Shoes are removed right at the lobby and kept by the staffs, very homely vibes. Overall a pleasant stay with them and would love for more people to experience what I've experienced. Thank you to all staff and hosts who made it possible. If there's a chance, I'd love to visit again.

Remember to call them for transit from the train station instead of walking there.

1） 酒店在半山腰 相對獨立 周邊就衹有這家酒店 山下最近便利店大概1公里路程 晚上10點酒店會鎖門； 2） 酒店進入大廳就脱鞋 裏面全是榻榻米 赤腳前進 因此勸大家穿好襪子進酒店；房間內還有個按摩椅可以按摩；獨立衞浴 有温泉引入房間 可以房間內泡澡 就是衞生間無空調 可能會感覺有點冷； 3） 酒店前台有個會中文的小姐姐 意外之喜啊 4） 酒店有3個私湯 其中2個下午和晚上使用需要預約 在預訂時間到前台拿鑰匙 使用完後歸還鑰匙， 另外1個衹要無人 就可以進去使用； 5） 晚餐6點開始 到8點結束 在房間內使用 因此入住最晚時間其實是6點 不然會錯過晚餐，早餐有8點和8點半兩個時間段 提前半小時會敲門 來整理床鋪和準備早餐； 6） 晚餐主食是鮑魚 味道還真不錯 酒店除了地理位置有點偏 出入不太方便外 其他均完美 無論温泉/環境/餐食/服務/設施 均值得推薦

Это был интересный опыт проживания в традиционном отеле с горячими источниками. Персонал дружелюбный, помогал нам в решении всех наших проблем,встречали,провожали. Рыбный ужин кейсаки был восхитителен. По порядку: ехали мы из Tokyo до Odawara. Это примерно как мцд, мцк в Мск. Этот участок оплачивали картой Суйка. Дальше в Odawara купили двухдневный проездной за 5000 йен. От Odawara до Hakone-Yumoto station на поезде примерно 20 минут, около 5 остановок. Далее пересели на туристический поезд, прошли по платформе ближе к выходам, там и была посадка. Ориентироваться несложно, все идут на этот поезд. Наша остановка Miyanoshita station. Можно доехать и до следующей Kowakidani station. До отеля ехали на такси. Если бы знали, написали бы в отель и нас бы встретили. Оставили чемоданы и поехали по туристическому маршруту. Вернулись в назначенное время и нам накрыли ужин в номере. Нам забронировали приватный онсен, ходили и в публичный. В отеле релакс комната с массажерами, есть комната для курения, бар. Место красивое, находится в горах. Виды и пейзажи восхитительны. Утром наши чемоданы отправили сразу на вокзал, а мы продолжили наш маршрут.

超出意料 是傳統的日式温泉酒店 房間很寬敞，窗外風景很好，房間維護也很好。 吃的兩餐還不錯，很有儀式感。 預約的私湯特別爽！ 酒店服務也很好的！酒店裡麪佈置很考究。 唯一就是浴室沒有暖氣很冷，但是泡完澡很暖和。 位置離小湧泉火車站要走一段路 10多分鐘吧 主要是人行道很窄不好走，但是可以接送。 總之，是很划算的，想體驗傳統日式酒店可以沖。

직원들이 매우 친절했음 궁금한건 전부 먼저 알려줘서 물어볼게 없음 료칸 위치는 걸어다니기에는 약간 힘들지만 셔틀을 이용하면 편함 산 중턱에 있는 만큼 한적하고 경치가 좋음 방 매우 깔끔하고 넓었음 욕탕도 깔끔하고 기분 좋았음 전복이 메인이던 가이세키와 조식 다 맛있었음
