Great Hotel with a stunning view. The service was great and we were welcomed in English, so check in and check out were not a problem. Staff was also really helpful when we had questions. Only thing to consider might be, that the Hotel is not easy to reach. We have to walk around 15 minutes by foot from the bus stop on the road. I believe there are shuttles but we didn't use it. For us it was no problem but might be difficult for older people or with little babies. Also we heard steps from the room above us in our room and people talking from rooms next to us while in the private onsen, since the terraces are basically next to each other. I recommend to eat outside since there are many great and affordable options in walkable reach. All in all, very nice stay and I can only recommend.

Excellent new onsen hotel in Hakone . The staff super friendly and helpful., the ambience and environment are very soothing. We had agreed to stay and highly recommend to those who are driving to Hakone.

酒店位於山上，環境寧靜，房間和設施很新淨，大堂有提供自助飲品區域，早餐有2款set揀，晚餐是西式，出乎意料地不錯，值得一試。酒店有泳池，比想像中大，很適合一家大小，有淺水區域給小朋友玩，公眾溫泉相對比較普通，附近有漢堡包店，燒肉店，酒店位置比較適合揸車人士，但整體而言，是一間令人放鬆的酒店。

房間可以的，在山上出門不方便，酒店有提供車送下山，回程也按照預訂時間，車會來接，酒店沒有午餐提供，早餐是西式的，吃一次OK，晚餐是意大利餐，做的不錯。周邊沒有便利店，幸好上山前在便利店買了水果，零食之類的。總體來説，喜歡熱鬧的人，住2晚足矣，再多一點會崩潰的

高檔酒店環境設施沒得説，頂級，服務也很熱情，各種設施齊全，不好的地方是在山頂，去酒店要打車，離店有車送但是要預約時間，否則衹能起大早了

山中的精品，整個建築和內飾很有設計，可以感覺到各種用心。

酒店很新，可是位置有點偏遠！ 但溫泉很好， 分開男女，有室內和室外，是真正的溫泉！

有泳池，也有免費飲品，還送了水杯。在山上，自駕比較方便。

食物质素好好同埋佢嗰度係好环保嘅主题。啲食物好新鲜
