Good option to stay on a day trip to Hakone. Friendly staff, calm vibe and tasty dinner

A must stay if you are visiting Hakone! It's a 15 minute walk away from Hakone Yumoto station, or you can pay 200 yen to take the shuttle bus there. You can deliver your luggages there using the baggage service at the train station (for a fee). Place is clean and best of all, there's so many perks staying here. Firstly, there's free private onsen (subject to first come first serve). Secondly, dinner and breakfast are provided. Just need to select your preferred timeslot and head to the restaurant then. Food was delicious, and serving was generous as well. They also serve free ramen at 10.30pm, although it was just a simple bowl of noodles. There's also free drinks provided at L1 and L3, and some free snacks as well at the hotel lobby.

Hope that the reception could speak simple English. And the food could be improved. I like the free flow drinks

The stay at Tsukino Yado Sara is a good experience except that we don't really enjoy the dinner as we paid for the highest price for beef option but it is below our expectation. Rest of the food are good and breakfast was fabulous. The private onsen was good experience and should have stay 2 nights there instead of one.

around 15 mins walk from the train station but there are so many shops while on the way to the hotel. The hotel offer free snacks, drinks and free ramen. Visitors can grab as many as possible and are all free. The hotel room is clean and spacious and I like the hot tube bar within the room. The private hot spring and the public hot spring are all great. The portion for the dinner and breakfast are big. Especially I like the sukiyaki dinner.

The hotel is beyond what you can imagine! I was very surprised that the different types of amenities they provided and are available! I am definitely surprised at the drinks bar, really love it! Would definitely be coming back here😄

The hotel is around 15 mins from JR station no pick up service. The service and hotel facility are much better than my expection though most of employees only speak Japanese but they still try to help you if any question . The food also amazing and they provide the Reman in the late evening after hot spring ! hopefully I will have chance to stay in this hotel in the future.

This surrounding is very nice, free flow drinks 24 hours. Not to worry about hungry when u stay here

住得呢啲溫泉旅館，都係諗住盡量逗留喺旅館入面hea，特登加錢要咗個露台私人風呂同埋一泊兩食，可惜私人風呂唔係溫泉水，係普通熱水，兩餐嘅食物都唔好食 ，大打折扣。 好似係有地點優勢，行出大街唔使5分鐘，成間旅館都乾淨衛生

温泉酒店離站大約十分鐘腳程，也可在房內欣賞溪間景色，很不錯，貼近温泉街，也很方便。 酒店內設施齊全，浸完温泉後宵夜及小食都很正，很貼心，唯獨房內温泉缸屏障有少少污糟可再清潔多些。 一泊兩食令我們長期在酒店享受，主食質素不錯，但覺得某些漬物過咸，調味我認為可以再好些，free drinks 提供很吸引，令入住的我們非常relax.
