The room was a decent size and clean,though very cold if you turned the aircon off.The gentlemen at the front of house was a joy,very witty and so helpful,planned our route to the airport for us.

老闆人很和善，英語不錯，距離車站和碼頭都非常近

房間有黴味，窗户發黴，路邊車聲音吵影響睡眠；不提供牙刷牙膏，影響個人衞生，早飯規定衹能8點吃，晚到一點都不行。老闆不接受意見，認為你可以不選擇他的酒店。唯一的優點是老闆能説英語。 個人認為是住過的酒店最差的，不推薦這家

ロケーションがとてもよかった。駐車場も近くにあり、行きたいショップも歩いていける距離、ホテルは、こじんまりしていて、アットホーム的な感じ、外国の方が多くて海外へいった気分になりました。オーナーさんはとても親切で、お客のニーズによく対応してくれていました。

We had a terrific couple of days at Jemsty. It is very well located. If you get a Hakone Freepass transport is at your door. The room is nice in a traditional Japanese way. Futon beds and comfy pillows plus tatami mats create a lovely atmosphere. Fuji was visible from our window. Mac, the owner, is very helpful. He provided detailed explanations of how to get there and how to do the things we planned. The meals were superb. Breakfast was nice and the dinners were out of this world. I loved the chicken hot pot whereas my wife felt that the pork syabu syabu was the best pork she’s ever eaten. I can highly recommend Jemsty in every way of you plane to visit Hakone.

Il punto di forza è il proprietario, che parla bene inglese ( ancora molto raro in Giappone) e quindi in grado di fornire informazioni e simpatia, oltre alla posizione praticamente a 50 metri dai bus e dai battelli crociera. La struttura è vecchiotta, tutto funziona ma siamo in stile pensioncina. Colazione ad orario fisso e banalmente all'inglese, le cene vi consiglio il menù, il resto è quasi da fast food.
