Convenient place just next to the train station. Transitional Japanese decorations and very old furniture. The service was good. However, you have to let the service people from hotel come in and out from your room to setup the table and beds if you have ordered the meal in the morning and night. Because the food was served in your room.

Stayed for a night and opted for room & board. Hotel was about 4 mins walk from station. The dinner and breakfast was delicious and the lady who served us was lovely.

The room is very nice with a lot of space and a nice view overseeing the river and small waterfall. The facilities like the private onsen is super nice as well. Public bath - we tried both , are good standard too. And super clean too. However, two things need to be mindful of: 1. The meal isn’t great as expected - they serve kids lunch as kids dinner, and for adults one, it is not the kind of nice setup I imagined 2. The tatami blanket is …. Below hygiene standard. I feel super itchy staying under the blanket and my boy got some bugs bite sadly. I hope they can arrange for a big clean up everytime.

Excellent customer service. Staff can speak simple english. Hotel with more than 100years history but didnt feel that old. Authentic onsen experience, highly recommended

Good service and strategic location

It was a great place to experience the hot springs and they have a private hot spring which is also available in the room but last and not least the food was Excellent

Probably the best location with few minutes walk from Hakone Yumoto station. Incredible hospitality and service as expected of a ryokan topped with kaiseki meals & relaxing onsen.

最大的優點是距湯本站很近吧，二樓不下，走到盡頭左拐，電梯下樓，前行左拐兩分鐘即到。 1、白天要玩箱根，趕不及晚餐時間，未定一泊二食，衹定了早餐，好正確的決定。確實回到湯本已經錯過晚餐時間，早餐拍照挺美，吃着難受。沒什麼可下口吃的東西，五花八門的小食和鹹菜。 2、私湯提前預約，也就那麼回事吧。 3、如果推着大箱小箱，還是住湯本，方便入住，晚上還有其他餐廳營業；如果輕鬆箱根行，大概會選強羅，酒店定晚餐，強羅周邊各種館多看看。一日遊行程不用再全走，衹選擇喜歡的一兩個地方去。

房間倒是很大，和式房一應俱全，房間裏有免費私湯就沒再加錢去泡那個私人温泉了，除了拍照也沒啥意思。房間外有一條河，水流嘩嘩的，不能開窗，不然吵得沒法睡。 就是早餐實在吃不慣日本的這些生冷食物，我記得我定的一泊二食但到店了告知沒有晚餐，不知道攜程怎麼安排的。 酒店沒有什麼景觀，但離箱根湯本站很近，周圍有還算熱鬧的小商業街，其他的就沒啥可推薦之處。

很喜歡這個酒店，離車站近，環境好，窗外的風景很美，兩餐也很精緻，住的很舒服。

這家酒店就在火車站旁邊，出車站從二樓通道向右走到頭，過到街對面下樓向右20米左手小巷就看見了，出行上山或是去小田原都太便捷了。酒店的榻榻米（10張的）一泊二食感受非常棒，晚餐是懷石料理在房間吃（早餐也是），真的很豐富，對於不太熟悉日本料理點餐的遊客還是不錯的選擇。樓頂的三個公共温泉屋分時間男女互換，體驗也很好。

強烈推薦這家，就在箱根湯本站附近，走過去5分鐘，交通方便，去每個景區都很方便，酒店是和室房間，帶露天風呂，也有頂樓的大温泉和露天温泉，提供懷石料理，服務很好，專門提供私人包間飲食，和室可以鋪三張床墊，適合家庭帶孩子的旅遊！
