Great service by the staff, beautiful location, the food for breakfast was excellent! Food outside the hotel take a walk and fills up quickly so it's recommended you take the meal option. Also, if you have full sleeve tattoos that can't be covered up, the Annex building is a great option for you, as many rooms have a private onsen.

Super value for money. The ryokan is right next to a bus stop and convenient store. The room has private bath with nice view. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Will come back.

Downside: this Onsen resort are really so-so, the view of the room are basically block and the room space are not big but not small, so this may not the best choice of this price range. Upside: The dinner is stunning and super good and the staff are very polite and u only have a minute walk to the bus stop and convenience store.

第一次入住，交通方便，由新宿直搭高速巴士可以到酒店前巴士站，環境優美寧靜，附近有便利店，巴士站到週邊景點都很方便。 早餐晚餐以和食為主，非常豐富！！職員親切有禮，超好人🥹 下一次再來都會選擇這裡

位置在便利店旁，買宵夜絕對方便。前台旁有自助飲品，也有微波爐和餐具使用。可惜沒有升降機，對長者或重行李會有不便。

整體房間和酒店地方很清潔。 晚餐也不錯。 房屋獨立風呂確實方便和舒服。 大部員工也可用英語溝通，令到入住過程很流暢。

六點在仙石原，可以坐登山巴士到達。每個房間都有露天温泉，晚上泡湯非常舒服。酒店提供的早餐和晚餐也很豐富，總體非常滿意。

施設要所の勝手がストレスでした。 食事は落ち着いて食べる空間要素ではなく大衆的な旅館を連想させ残念でした。 食事全体の彩りも散漫で統一感が無く、塩味とケミカルも強かったです。

不喜歡和食的最好別去，晚餐差點吃吐了…不知道為什麼室內空調也不給力，本來也衹是看中了房間的風格和配套條件，但後來覺得花一千來塊錢在山上泡個湯住一晚也沒啥意思，前台最後送了一包特製的麪，退完房就跑回東京了，箱根這個地方還是不太適合我

還可以吧，房間裏面是浴池，不是温泉，如果要泡温泉得到外面去，晚餐是比較一般的

私湯很舒服，浴池比想象中的要大 餐食很有特色，量也很多 服務人員很熱情，也有可以提供中文服務的

這個酒店雖然比較貴但是真的不後悔！設施很有感覺，私湯也很舒服～第二天的早飯是預約式的，雖然不喜歡和食但是很好吃！交通還算好，希望大家的箱根行都是大晴天☀️
