We were on a business trip to Haldia and stayed at this place for a night. What an experience! It started with making a manual entry in the big register. Then taking a cramped elevator. The room with some mosquitoes and dirty linens. The blanket was dirty and looked like not washed for some time. The rooms are not properly maintained. Same thing about the washroom. The exhaust is fitted in the wall with a large hole. When enquired about the hotel restaurant, we were informed that the food would be served in the room. Same thing for breakfast. The breakfast was served in the room. The food was OK kind of. There is a liquor shop on the ground floor and through the night we could hear people talking loudly, shouting and quarreling. Overall not good experience.

이름만 호텔인 모텔. 체크인은 셀프로 진행되며 프론트는 오전에만 일함. 절대 예약을 취소 불가. 얘네 메일 확인 안해서 돈 다냄. 침대는 불편하고 욕조 없음. 엘리베이터 있긴 한지만 모든 층에 서지 않아서 러기지 옮기기 힘듬. 호텔 방에 물건을 놓고 왔는데 절대 안돌려줌. 오히려 없다면서 게스트한테 화냄. 외국인이라고 무시하는 느낌. 이 가격에 이 컨디션 절대 비추. Das Hotel ist sehr klein. Und es hat keine Badewanne. Sie checken keine Emails. Wenn sich Ihr Plan ändert, können Sie ihn wahrscheinlich nie stornieren. Das Hotel hat keine Rezeption, alles wird selbst gemacht. Sie helfen nie, auch wenn ich Sachen im Hotel verliere. Sie sind Ausländern gegenüber offensichtlich unfreundlich. Außerdem das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist sehr schlecht. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt.
