Before I booked the hotel I called to the hotel reception asked them I going to book the hotel for 25dec 2024 and I will be reaching 25dec midnight around 12:30am and on call they said "we will try to accommodate you if the room is available" but when I reached there, the front desk two indian one boy and one girl was not helping me to accommodate and asked me to come after 11:00am in morning or else pay the whole price again. I slept inside my car the problem is they could have atlest Said to wait in reception waiting area, but It looks like they wanted me to leave hotel. They were rude. But the person in the morning was very good and accommodating, I must appreciate the front desk guy who was there in the 25dec morning 11:00. The hotel booking details said you have toothbrush included but there wa no toothbrush, called the reception but they didn't send to the room. I am not returning back to this hotel, and I won't suggest my friends to book your hotel again. I am want my refund or another booking voucher for the trouble I faced.
