Bai Chay Panda Hotel recensioner

A basic hotel but surprisingly they do good breakfast. Fried noodle with egg. Hotel comes with breakfast too. Location is near the international cruise centre where I take my cruise to ha long bay Room was big. As they only left a family room and they given me a family room with 3 beds. But the Aircon cannot be switch on, as maybe it is still winter period. That why the Aircon cannot be turned on. I was quite cold at night. I thought the Aircon can be turned on so that I change the mode to heater mode. I caught a cold and flu on the second day. And was in the room until I felt better. Then I went out for my late lunch plus dinner. Was sneezing thru out the night and with body aches. Overall my stay was still good. I will return to this hotel again as the staff was very pleasant. Fortunately, I had medication on hand.

The couple managing the hotel was very helpful and each time will serve us nice green tea while we are waiting in the lobby. The location was great which is near Sun World theme park . Hotel is certainly value for money which including breakfast for 2 .

The hotel is new in good location. The staff is nice as well. The only one issue is no hot AC.

This is a great little hotel which offers excellent value for the price you pay to stay there. A really decent breakfast and such friendly staff. Highly recommended.

We give a 5 star rating for helpfulness and kindness, everything was not a problem, was clean and quiet would stay there again and again. Helped with booking of boat cruises and motorcycle hire... Absolutely fabulous and fantastic 😊

I stayed at Panda Hotel for four nights. I really enjoyed my stay during this time. The hotel was nice and clean and the owners were very friendly. The location is on the Port side of the Bridge to Halong bay (ferry and boat trip departures). Whilst interesting with things to do and see the old town on the other side of the bridge was busier and also interesting. I used the hotel as a base to get around visiting Halong bay (old town and surrounding areas) and Cat Ba island with the surrounding islands. A great time and recommended.

Super cute place to stay and I'm really glad I stayed here! It really made me love Vietnam and the owners are super friendly and there's a great breakfast

Really recommand this hotel.The staffs are really kind and hotel is clean.Breakfast also nice with coffee with fried noodle with egg.U can buy bus tickets or can rent motorbike from the hotel also.Location is near main road access. P.S if u cannot speak or only speak mandarin, can communicate in mandarin also which is earlier to talk.

Was a quick stay as we arrived In the early morning, rooms were clean and tidy, we had a city view which wasn’t really a view.

The room is spacious, there is a fan that you can turn on to use if you don't want to use the air conditioner all the time.

Good location, needs a lesson in fried eggs for breakfast- all in all good hotel

We did not stay here as our tour company did not pick up from this location which we were unaware of pre booking this location Unfortunately no refund was given.
