Very welcoming and kind homestay. We were looking for a place to store our bags since we did not plan to stay overnight in the city. We could even take a shower. Much appreciated. Great place at top of the hill too. Generally would definitely come to stay with the family.

I just had a wonderful vacation at Kim Sentral Hotel and I absolutely cannot resist sharing this amazing experience with everyone! ✨ **Space and Service**: Right when I stepped into the room, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and tidiness. The decor is tastefully designed, making it a perfect place for a comfortable retreat! Particularly, the private balcony is a huge plus, where I can relax, enjoy a cup of tea, and take in the beautiful scenery around me. 🏝️ **Exploring Halong Bay**: One of the highlights was that the hotel offers tour services to Halong Bay—a stunning natural wonder. The staff at the hotel were not just enthusiastic, but also very professional, helping me learn about and select the tour that best fit my needs. The trip was truly wonderful and left me with unforgettable memories! 💖 **Conclusion**: If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-equipped place to stay, Kim Sentral Hotel is definitely the perfect choice. The Hosts are really friendly and helpful, you can ask them any questions. They were always honest with me and it made me feel like at home. Also the breakfast was really tasty and a coffee refill was possible :D The location is also really good as it is up a small hill, so at night it is a bit more quiet and you can sleep well but you are not that far from the main part of Ha Long
