It is so good hotel also cheap too. We love it

The room is clean, amenities available (really cool), the location is nice (a bit too noisy for us, but was ok). We were a bit sad with breakfast, we expected to discover Vietnamese dishes but had only fried eggs with toast and pho to eat.

very nice hotel big and spacious.. the only draw back is nothing much to do apart from visiting ha long bay.. needs more shops and people.. we find it too quiet place but the hotel is perfect.

The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and supportive, addressing any issues with professionalism. The front desk staff, in particular, displayed a positive attitude and spoke English well. Unfortunately, the service is the only strong point of this hotel. The building is outdated, with old furniture, a bathroom that showed signs of mold, and walls that were visibly dirty. During our two-day stay, we encountered six cockroaches—three of which we killed, while the others escaped. The breakfast offerings were minimal, consisting only of noodle soup (which was quite good), fried eggs, and some bread. I recommend arranging your own transportation in Halong. We had the hotel book a car for us to the harbor, but the experience was disappointing. The driver overcharged us (300k for a ride that should have cost 200k), and the car was dirty and smelled unpleasant. To make matters worse, the driver expected a tip upon arrival. In contrast, every time we used the Grab app, the service was more affordable, professional, and the cars were always clean. We also had the hotel book a limousine service to Hanoi, which was reasonably priced at 300k per person. However, I had to reprimand the driver for repeatedly checking Facebook on his phone while driving. Overall, the experience wasn’t terrible, but we decided to cut our trip to Halong short and head to Hanoi a day earlier. This hotel is adequate for a one-night stay, and while it’s unlikely you’ll find much better in Danang, it’s not more than a 3.5-star establishment. Despite the outstanding efforts of the front desk staff, the presence of cockroaches is a significant concern.

Very nice and maintained hotel. The breakfast is very monotoneus. You can just choose between a soup or egg with bread. This is unfortunately the only offer. Some of the staff seems very uninterested.

Very good hotel. The reception staff was extremely nice and helpful. We had a lot of questions because we had an emergency new planning in Hanoi and they answered all our concerns . The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was correct.

Beautiful French-style hotel, clean and quiet, courteous staff, good communication skills, helped arrange round-trip transportation to Halong Bay.

Room is superb clean. Facilities are good. Location wise is far from tuan chau harbour & Bay chai harbour. Do not trust the transport that arrange by hotel's lady! Is not even taxi nor hotel's car, is a personal car who trying to charge high price. (1) We requested hotel to pick us up at 14km away from. Pre-comunicate via WhatsApp is 200k vnd, and when we arrived hotel, the guy intend to charge us 250k vnd but lastly we show him supporting proof & called hotel then only allowed 200vnd. (1) we also ask the hotel lady to book taxi from hotel to 6.1km away for where our bus pick us. Same guy again, with same trick. We ask the lady how much will be the cost , she ask us not to worry as is meter will 1km 12k vnd. Then we insist and the price range then she mentioned range 100k-150k. When end of the trip. We are asking to pay for 150k vnd without using meter. Conclusion, very nice & clean hotel but do not ask hotel reception for taxi. Or if want, insist them to book a proper taxi for u with pre-agree price. Not personal type car.

Friendly and very accommodating staff. Rooms are clean and spacious. 5/5 in my book for sure.

Had to sleep my first night with the lights on as there was no way of switching off until maintainer came the next evening. This is good if you want to be able to walk to the front and see Ha long bay but I would personally stay in City of Halong where the cruises leave from an night life is as is very quite in evenings.

The hotel is fine and affordable.
