We arrived early in the morning 5:00 ,and the night Portier was very rude. Not really helpful. Later under the stay, the same experience with him. The day shift staff was helpfully and friendly. Unfortunately there was an event outside the hotel under our stay what leads to noise disturbing early in the morning under our stay.

Январь 2025, в отеле было очень мало людей, такое чувство, будто отель только для нас. Соседи у нас были, но мы их не слышали совсем. Номер чистый, уютный, особенно понравились очень удобные кресла со столиком, пили кофе с видом на море. Завтрак под заказ, заполнили форму при заселении, утром получили весь заказ. Еды было очень много, разнообразно и вкусно. Персонал отзывчивый, все говорят на английском, в крайних случаях пользуются переводчиком. Воспользовались услугой стирки, одежду принесли к утру, после завтрака. Отель находится в уединении, в 4 минутах ходьбы есть ресторанчики, массаж и вход в развлекательный парк sun world, мини маркет сбоку от отеля, в пяти шагах. Воспользовались тренажеркой и бассейном.

其實住酒店這麼多年,從來沒給過任何一家酒店差評,這是一家讓我考慮半夜把所有入住經過寫出來,避免更多消費者到了國外隨便遭受到不公,大堂和房間衞生環境真的是臟亂差,再怎麼樣説其它我入住過的酒店但凡指出不足酒店負責人都會第一時間聯繫及時調整也會致歉,唯獨國外越南的這家拜塞蒙森大酒店的前台接待員對客服務的一個態度極其惡劣,我們是已經提前一晚預訂並付款房費的,並沒有白*酒店的吃住行任何服務,早上八點半左右到酒店詢問前台是否可以辦入住,酒店前台告知昨晚入住的客人還沒退房沒有乾淨房間可以安排入住,OK這個我們都能理解,簡單詢問了一下行李是否可以寄存,安排好之後我們就帶上家人老小出門去下龍灣太陽山遊玩了,特意等到下午14後可以辦理入住時間才回到酒店,14:10分到店開始辦入住14:13分開始詢問明天早餐是否可以加兩份小童餐,前台直接臨時加價不佔用床位情況下每位小童收取越南盾2000000/位共計:4000000越南盾,後面我説小孩沒有要入住這個酒店,直接給我安排我原先預訂的兩個雙床就行,前台直接拒絕説不行,小孩要加費用不然沒辦法辦入住,前後前台共計拒絕3次不給辦入住,讓我們在哪訂的房找訂房人處理,不行你就找訂房人退了,這就是酒店前台的服務態度(估計看我們是護照辦理入住可以隨便加價),期間等了48分鐘沒有任何安排,拖家帶口在大堂等了足足48分鐘,後面直接找了攜程客服介入前後對接了4個客服專員共計用時240分鐘足足在大堂晾了我們4小時,期間我們在大堂坐等120分鐘也就是2小時的時候,我母親和小孩説口渴了我就讓我母親帶孩子去外面買水回來,剛坐下酒店也隨後進來一波客人,酒店服務人員立馬特別熱情的給比我們來遲2小時的客人端茶倒水,並非我一定要喝酒店的茶水,而是同樣是消費者我也給了錢憑什麼區別對待我們,此外攜程客服電話告知酒店經理在外面在趕回來,我們又等了一個小時還未曾見到酒店經理或其它管理人員來對接我們處理,此時我們已經在大堂滿身疲憊等了足足的3小時仍然未等的解決,期間前台客服還哄騙我母親先帶小孩上房間,明天早上下來再交4000000的越南盾就可以解決了,不用一直在大堂等了,我母親告知她本人不是很清楚,需要詢問我,前台直接轉身就走,這時等的第3個小時有個服務員倒了4杯茶水過來(我們已自己購買有飲用水)我們沒喝,原本我們都不想在住這個酒店了,奈何酒店方又不給退,其次客服也給出了處理方案,經過四個小時溝通要我們原訂單入住,上到房間多少有點失望,房間衞生堪憂一地毛髮,衞生間門口也是一大坨毛髮,三四百一間的房還不如國內的一兩百的房,而且還不用我們等四個小時,泳池特別臭消毒水的味道也特別小,我愛人帶小孩下去就馬上上來了,沒有下去的慾望就兩個小坑加起來沒二十平方的泳池,唯一可以説得過去的就是早餐了,品種都很不錯,也有特色,但是也不會再次選擇入住,吃哪裡都可以吃,服務和衞生真的差到了極致,不推薦入住,花這個錢還不如住旁邊的温德姆雖然開業舊了點,但也是全球連鎖。

Regarding the specific situation that occurred, after a thorough review, we would like to clarify the following: – You made a reservation through Trip.com and arrived with two children, whose ages fall under the surcharge policy of our hotel. – The applicable surcharge was 150,000 VND per child, not 2,000,000 VND per child as was misunderstood. – One member of your group, a Vietnamese-speaking mother, communicated with our front desk on behalf of the group. However, due to a language barrier, the information may not have been accurately conveyed to the main booking guest, resulting in a serious misunderstanding regarding the surcharge. – We are deeply sorry that this misunderstanding caused you dissatisfaction and led to a prolonged waiting time in the lobby. We do not place blame on any party, but instead consider this a valuable lesson on the importance of multilingual support and clear communication—especially when serving international guests and families with young children. Additionally, we sincerely apologize for the absence of hotel management to promptly address the incident due to a lack of information, as well as for the room quality not meeting your expectations. Following this incident, we have taken the following actions:– Strengthened staff training on multilingual communication and effective handling of unexpected situations.– Reviewed our procedures for welcoming international guests, especially those booking through third-party platforms such as Trip.com. – Established Vietnamese language support for easier communication among group members and to avoid similar misunderstandings in the future.– Enhanced the pre-arrival inspection process to ensure the cleanliness and quality of guest rooms. Once again, we extend our deepest apologies for not delivering the experience you rightfully expected. 靠近海邊,能看到摩天輪和遊輪。我們一家三口選了三床房,每人一床,比較舒服。早餐還可以,有米粉等。攜程網訂的,價格僅400出頭,應該説,性價比比較高

I highly recommend this hotel... The Staff is very helpful and the hotel is very clean. They helped us to book a ha long Bay cruise. Very nice people. You will feel really hosted. Perfect view on the hand long bay..... you must stay here, you will not regret

I had a superior double with a sea view & it’s was such a gorgeous room. Banquet and reception staff were so kind to me. The ladies in the massage/spa area when I was looking for the gym were very cold to me. The breakfast was delicious. The location is alittle bit far from everything other than the port of you are walking.

Accommodations were excellent, and the hotel’s breakfast staff were courteous, attentive, and helpful even including recommendations of delicious items we may have overlooked. However the front desk staff did not provide helpful information or details regarding local activities. Concierge service missing.

We had a great time here. Hotel is super clean and is very close to major tourist attraction. All the staff, they are super friendly, esp phong and thanh, they accommodate you as per your requirement. Breakfast has wide variety of food and they customise it as per your requirement. Also used the spa service and the gym, it’s super clean and has all the features. I would highly recommend this place.
