The room is big and clean and really nice. The location is not too great because there's no restaurants nearby and hotel does not have restaurant.

Ramada hotels chain supposed to be one of the reliable hotel but didn’t turn out where it should be Description from the website is big difference 👎

this is a great hotel with great value and great staff and great location, highly recommend for all visitors to Ha Long Bay

Room is spacious, good for families. Reception left unattended at times. A drink at the bar took long despite being the only customer. Breakfast was below average

The stay was comfortable. The staff were courteous. Room was good too. Breakfast was decent. It was easy to book Grab taxi at the location. I am not giving 5 star as the infinity swimming pool was closed due to renovation, but the same info was not provided while making the booking which was disappointing.

We booked this motel as we have used Wyndham successfully many times before , but there was a restaurant advertised in the motel , when we arrived late evening we were told it was closed and there was nowhere close to be able to eat ,, breakfast was included but the serverey was very old looking and really outdated ,,, carpets were disgusting and even the toaster didn’t work., The only good thing about the motel was the price and the servicing of the rooms - although the safe in our room was broken. And unable to be used , The overall non- caring attitude of staff left a bad taste in our mouths. We do not want to go back

Although classified as a 4-star luxury hotel, no concierge service was available and we had to transfer our luggage ourselves to the room. Only two front desk staff members were there, who did everything. There was no travel agent to provide travel or cruise information or services in Halong Bay. The breakfast spread was limited to selecting from the 2-3 options a day in advance, which was not a 4-star menu. The room provided was a two-room suite with an attached kitchenette, which had a cooking stove, but no cooking utensils or even plates for serving. Even a basic necessity like a microwave to heat food was lacking. There was no hot water facility for washing utensils. The air conditioning was not centralized, but independent units in each room. The bedroom size was very small, with barely any space to open the wardrobes. Overall the two-day stay experience was not as comfortable and luxurious as one would expect in a 4-star accommodation. There was no rooftop swimming pool or bar and in fact, we were told that there is nothing much to explore on the higher floors. Our accommodation was provided on the 14th floor.

Wrong choice... maybe for a family not for one person on vacation...

There is a lot of noise between rooms, smoking in the room is uncomfortable, there is a lot of noise from outside traffic inside the room, the heater does not work, and the elevator is dirty and dirty.

Nice and quiet hotel

Was clean and tidy and service was great. It was sad to see so many deserted places in Halong Bay due to the pandemic

Top floor pool is great and you have great views of the city. But the sky bar is not yet open and there is no cafe by the pool as advertised. The rooms are very big (all are suites). The staff are nice and friendly and the coffee very goodZ

We celebrated our anniversary holiday at ha long Bay. Stayed at Ramada hotel Suites by Wyndham Ha long Bay view for 6 days. Had an unforgettable anniversary. Special thanks to Ms. Hong, F & B manager. During our 6 days stay Provides a lot of information and services. Since I am a foreigner, I can't communicate with the staff. Ms. Hong's English is excellent. We are very fortunate to meet her. And Ms. Nga from Reception, very patient to solve the check-in problem .We like the swimming pool on the 31st floor very much. We also took a lot of sunset photos. As for the ** indoor swimming pool, we were a little disappointed. Because the jacuzzi in the pool is not working properly. Overall, I feel that staying at the Ramada hotel is very comfortable. It is a must for vacation Our enjoyment has exceeded the room price. Next time I come to Ha Long Bay, I will still choose Ramada hotel as my first choice. Finally, we would like to thank MR IT DUC for being patient and helping and repairing the TV countless times. At the same time, my wife would like to thank F & B Manager Ms. Huong served my wife a special breakfast.
