As we are a resort in a remote location, our restaurants and bars remain open until the listed time unless they are being utilized by guests in which case they remain to care for the guests. On the evening in question all guests had either dined in or gone out and had finished dining and the areas were empty this is the reason you found the area closed when you went to enjoy. We note your feedback regarding the beach, our beach is actively cleaned three times per day and spot cleaned at other times. However, we maintain the beach associated with the resort but not the surrounding beach. Also during periods of tidal movement, the waves move rubbish from the bay to the shore which cannot be cleared until the tide recedes. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to ensure that our guests have a pleasant experience during their stay. Your comments about the beach and restaurant hours are valuable to us, and we will review our operations to improve where possible. We hope you were still able to enjoy other aspects of the resort and that we have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
