The nice hotel, love this hotel and great coffee and room so clean

Hotel provided us good service and free drinks in the lobby. Free drinks included soda water, coke, lemon tea and coffee. So sweet to have all of these. The receptionist was very helpful.

The room is very smelly with cigarettes smell even though I've sprayed the air fresher many times. The hotel seems a bit old, and I felt the bathtub is smaller compared to others which around the same range. The lobby is nice but the room seems the opposite. Amenities wise they provided a lot of choices at the lobby and you can just choose yourself.

Price are affordable,room are clean it was comfortable stay. Cons are little bit far from the station but its not a problem. Worth to stay:))

Chosen a non-smoking twin room. The room was spacious enough to open two big laugaue cases. Room are quite and beds are comfort. Shopping Malls and supermarket nearby. There is a carpark in the Hotel. If you don't drive, about 10 minutes walk to JR station or 600 yen of taxi fee or take al bus. We liked the welcome drinks bar very much, 24 hours open and self-service. Imagine that drinking a glass of cold drink after a walk in a very hot day, satisfactory.

Good location, with good facilities. Easy access to Ueon areas.

這家酒店完美體現了日本酒店服務的精華，大堂的咖啡和飲料都特別可口，景區，車站離酒店距離也很近，濱松城走路也可以抵達。缺點是周圍合胃口的餐廳不多。

駅から少し離れてますが、安く泊まれたので満足です。 ウェルカムドリンクがあったり、そのドリンクを部屋まで持ち込んでもいいサービスがあり、わざわざ飲み物をコンビニに買いに行かずに済みました。お部屋は清潔感があり快適です。ただ、繁華街が近いこともあり、宿泊日は夜間の遅い時間に前の道路から酔っ払った人の声が何回か聞こえてきました。モーニングは品物かなくなったったらすぐ補充されており、どの時間帯に行っても問題なさそうでした。また利用させて頂きたいと思います。

ホテル専用駐車場がある事で選びました。 駅までは少し歩くが許容範囲内。 夫婦2人で利用でしたが十分な広さでした。 アメニティも充実、フロントにセルフの飲み物があったのが良かったです！

新婚旅行以来2人で旅行が初めてで、結婚30年記念に30年ぶりに浜松へ。 そちらのホテルを利用させていただき、とても有意義な楽しくゆっくり過ごすことができました。 ありがとうございました。

駐車場は先着順ですが、ホテルの敷地内にあるのと料金は発生しますが、便利です。 ウェルカムドリンクもあり種類も選べるので、嬉しかったです。

酒店位置離濱松站步行十分鐘多點，房間還挺乾淨的，就是一股煙味，不過衹能訂到吸煙房也沒辦法，工作人員態度都很好，酒店大堂還有搖曳露營的一些周邊展覽，很喜歡！
