I am writing this review for my husband.. ABSOLUTELY POOR MANAGEMENT.. he got a room then some how some one else got the key for same room and he was like what is going on.. and manager got him another room. I told him he is NOT paying for that room.... It is RIDICULOUS... do you know how to keep up with your reservations or keep up who has what room? not double booking my husbands room with another person.. get your system straight and be honest, and yall gave my husband poor customer service... now he has to take all of his belongings with him because he doesnt trust the hotel.. he is in town for a Bills game..... yall better get your act together and improve how you run this hotel, depsite you low reviews.... tsk tsk -- better not charge him again for another room because it was YOUR MISTAKE

The room had crumbs on the floor. Pillow cases and bottom sheet had not been changed. There was no top sheet. The bed had simply been made … with the prior occupants’ linens still on it. The toilet trickled continuously. The bathroom taps sputtered and the hot water side never warmed up. Someone’s orange juice was still in the refrigerator and the edge of the refrigerator door was gummy. There were splatters on the bathroom wall. I wish this place had come up in the original search results. I would have read the other reviews and not driven in. Shame on the Stadium Inn for being a pigpen. Shame on Trip Advisor for not making information apparent in location searches while I was traveling.

This motel is terrible absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. Took my daughter to her first bills game for her birthday and planned to stay here. We were supposed to have a room with two beds, he gave us a room with one for over $100 more than the original price. When we walked into the room it was very obvious the room wasn’t cleaned. The bed wasn’t made, sheets were disgusting. When asked to clean the room I was given attitude like it was my fault our room wasn’t cleaned. Then the “clean” sheets that were put on the bed were disgusting. We decided to leave because it was just a terrible experience the owner himself was beyond rude to us and we never got a refund. If you have any standards do not stay here it’s the most disgusting place I’ve ever seen.
