The check-in arrangement was a complete disaster. We as a group of 8 arrived at the hotel and checked in separately. First, the staff checked all of us into wrong room types. Then, when my partner and I arrived at the hotel and presented our reservation, that staff proceeded to give us room card which, again, led us to the wrong room type. When all of us finally settled in the correct rooms and gathered at the lobby, another staff came to us in a very rude and stern demeanour and told us that one of us had not settled the room price. Since the check-in data were poorly handled, the group had to spend an hour figuring out who paid for which room at what price, while the staff responded to our enquiries in a very rude attitude.
