Hotel Lumen am Hauptbahnhof recensioner

Few minutes away from the bus/train central station so if ur getting to Hamburg by bus or train is convenient, if not I would recommend another area , coz it isn’t the best of Hamburg . The hotel is easy to find , room was spacious, clean and had everything you need in it . Comfortable bed and no noises from another’s guest making your sleep go smoothly. You can leave your luggage at the reception without cost if you arrive earlier , stuff is polite 24 hrs and has breakfast service if needed . Around the block many places to eat , get fruits in the morning .

Convenient location, close to central stations and convonient store, Penny. Be prepared to carry your luggages up flights of stairs.

Don’t ever book this hotel even though you get it for cheaper. I would really suggest pay a bit more and book another hotel. The owner or whoever the person on front desk is very rude, there is nothing provided in the room not even dental kit or iron and if you have to get one they say they don’t have any staff and you have to take it by yourself to your room, not at all corporative furthermore the hotel is just not as shown in pictures. I would strictly not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, I personally left my room and booked another hotel because I couldn’t handle the attitude of that man at front desk.

I had a great second stay at Hotel Lumen. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. There is a store room for luggage.

Just a simple hotel near the central station The breakfast is decent Consider that the area feels quite unsafe in the night and that there are around 25 stairs in the entrance without elevator Also is the first time in my travel experience that they told me that if I want to use the safety box inside the room it was going to be an extra charge

Prinzipiell ein gutes und kostengünstiges Hotel in der Nähe vom Bahnhof. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer war auch top. Problemloses ein- und auschecken. Das einzige wirkliche Manko ist die ambivalente Lage: das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Hbf aber es liegt zugleich auch auf dem Steindamm, was wohl einer der schlimmsten und scheußlichsten Orte in Hamburg ist. Sehr sehr viele Obdachlose, Drogenabhängige und ausländische Männer sind vor der Haustür anzutreffen. Vorallem ab 21 Uhr. Für Frauen und Familien definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Außerdem lockt das Hotel mit einem Foto der Hamburger Kunsthalle (Kreuzung Glockengießerwall-Ballindamm). Dadurch entsteht der Eindruck, dass sich das Hotel Nähe Binnenalster befinden würde. Dies ist definitiv nicht der Fall. Abgesehen von der ambivalenten Lage ist das Hotel sehr gut, vorallem für den preisgünstigen Preis.

В принципе норм, учитывая цену и близость к вокзалу. Матрас очень мягкий (я люблю жесткий), хорошее постельное, чистые полотенца. Плохо работал слив в душе Приветливый персонал, можно оставить багаж до конца дня. Район, конечно, жуткий после 22:00. Всякий сброд, *********, ***********.

De 1persoons kamer was goed. Boxspring ligt heerlijk. De badkamer was schoon. Mijn kamer lag aan de straat. Is een drukke straat, maar na 9uur in de avond was het rustig.

非常差，奉勸大家避雷。首先是酒店位於土耳其中東街非常混亂，不安全。其次是酒店前台位於1樓和2樓的中間層，沒有電梯。需要自己扛着行李箱怕幾十層台階。本來定了2天，但實在忍不了，第二晚果斷換酒店。隔音非常差，半夜一點多有人在走廊大聲説話，天花板上傳來間歇性滴水的聲音，吵的根本睡不着。錄音給酒店前台聽了，他們還是不願意退款，絕對不推薦。

Super Lage zum Hauptbahnhof. Leider sind die Fenster nicht Schallisoliert und man kann das Nachtleben in der Straße hören.

de service en voorzieningen zijn hier goed, het zit alleen wel in een buurt waar je goed op jezelf moet letten.. Persoonlijk voelde ik mezelf er alleen niet vertrouwd... gelukkig was ik met iemand samen.. alleen zou ik er dus niet heen gaan
